This elf is adorable and comes in several sizes. There are two books that compliment this elf doll. Lefty’s Chris Gift is a full size storybook and is a sweet story of selflessness and the true meaning of a gift. Beautiful illustrations. The second is a board book for infants through early preschoolers and it is titled If I were an Elf. Book is very similar to the That’s Not My boom series. A touch and feel book that will delight 0-3 years. The elf doll is sweet and so soft. If you buy the smallest size, it could easily take the place of elf on the shelf but much cuter. Plus doesn’t have any issues with playing with it or spying on kids. This is a wonderful doll and would make any child happy.
