I am not an athlete. I do not workout. I’m a retired fire captain/paramedic and I own a horse ranch and that work is often times harder than being an athlete. Stress and lack of sleep is just called spring on the ranch. When this product says it lowers cortisol and stress take it from me it absolutely delivers. Prescription sleep aids were just part of life but now that’s over. REM sleep is so pleasant. Recovery from a long hard day is so much easier. Mixing is super easy. The taste is pleasing. The quality of this product is everything you would expect. This is now my morning routine. Buy this. Make this part of your routine, your body will thank you.

Not bad! I sweat so much during my workouts that I used to have to take potassium supplements to prevent an uncomfortable onset of heart palpitations. But now that I have included this into my daily after workout routine I no longer need the potassium supplements. The taste isn't top notch but it is acceptable and reminds me of lime flavored sports drinks. But it is no where near terrible in my opinion and I do notice that my muscles aren't as fatigued at night when I drink these daily.

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel I should with this product. I struggle from constant adrenal fatigue from having PTSD. I only used 1/3 of a packet. At first the taste was pleasant but then there’s a really funky aftertaste (like what I’d imagine dirty socks would taste like). I powered it down with a little lemonade powder which helped. I haven’t say though that I was super impressed that this both made me feel calm AND gave me energy. I’ve never had one product do both. And the energy isn’t like a shaky caffeine kind of energy. It was nice and clean. I drank some again this morning and was pleased that it had the same affect. My mind feels alert. And for the first time in a long time, I feel like I can get things done. I’ll definitely be buying more. Just be aware of that aftertaste and either add a little something to it or have a chaser on hand because dang does it linger and it is unpleasant. But will a little chaser it goes away quickly.

First thing, the price point is actually insane when you break down the quantity and cost of whats in here. Like easily 3x the value of what it appears at first glance. I’m 46 now and an avid mountain biker after I spent my younger years beating the hell out of my body with extreme sports, paying for it big time these days while trying to recover from some major injuries and still get out on the trails. This stuff has legit been a lifesaver. The stress relief is real. I can actually feel the difference in how my body recovers after rides. Sleep quality has improved too, like way deeper sleep, according to my Garmin my HRV has gone up noticeably. Waking up actually feeling rested instead of that weird wired but tired thing. No weird aftertaste, doesn’t clump and mixes well. If your an aging mountain biker trying to keep sending it without feeling like complete garbage all the time seriously give this a shot. My bodys thanking me and Im able to actually enjoy my rides again instead of just surviving them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Nastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth. Taste Is horrible! Threw away the entire box. Do not waste your money!

Great product but cost to much for me

Ok so here’s my story…I have out of normal cortisol levels. They have tested every way possible and it all comes back high. So it’s very difficult for me to exercise because I literally get sick. My face swells I am in the bed for days. (Yeah my dr said this is normal) 😒 I bought this product after looking for supplements to help maybe lower my cortisol. I don’t know how…. But when I exercise and really push myself way too hard.. I will feel sick I am not playing I take this and in a couple of hours I feel back to normal. This has happened a handful of times now and I am able to exercise again the next day. Now I still have to be careful but when I can tell my cortisol levels are really bad even without exercise I can take this and it helps me tremendously. I just wish is wasn’t soooo pricey? Is it pricey to you all? I’m on single mom budget. But I do buy it in small batches when I know I might get sick. And I don’t know what everyone is saying about taste. It’s tastes like electrolytes. Have yall tasted collagen powder? Or methylene blue? The taste is just fine.

Besides kinda a weird taste (using propel is a game changer) this stuff is the reason I’m sleeping through the night not waking up in a puddle of sweat for the first time in years. I feel great the next day not groggy at all. Worth it for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
