What is the easiest way to fill tub with h2o

I used a bucket. Worked fast and efficiently.

Received no instruction for this item. What is the deal with the hole and tube like opening in the middle of the tub, how do you set it up?

Sorry for that, may be missed the instruction, The hole on the in the middle of the tub is help drain faster, we suggest that you can tie a knot when you use it, and open the knot when you need to drain it. the tube，you don’t need to deal with it. There is actually a drain, and the draining speed is very slow. Since many customers later reported that the draining speed was too slow, we added a drain with the new design. Please provide your order number, we can send the instruction for you. thanks!

Is there a weight limit for the bed bound bath??

There is no weight limit because it doesn't inflate on the bottom. It sits directly on the top of the bed. My client was paralyzed on her left side and this fit right on top of her hospital bed. Worth its weight in gold!!! Best purchase ever.

is this product eligible for return? I would like to try it and see if my mom is comfortable in it.

Don't return it. It is a great thing and you will use it.
