Deconovo Scalloped Window Valance for Bedroom, Blackout Valance Curtains for Living Room, Kitchen Curtains Valances (42x18 Inch, Brown, 1 Drape)

I bought 2 set of Deconovo Solid Color Short Curtains Scalloped.... expected to use in pair for my kitchen windows of which is 84 inches long1. The color was slightly different... one is darker than the other.2. The edge of both are not stitched evenly. So when I paired them together, they look so ugly. (See Picture attached)3. Stitching was poor as wellWasted money.

I ordered two of the grey valances. Not only were they different shades of grey, one of them had a satin lining and the other did not. Very disappointed.

Well I've never written a review before but after these curtain valances arrived I felt it necessary to add my two cents. They are much lighter than pictured in color. I decided I should wash them first because well there was some hair on them. And I will see how they look after that and I will probably dye them to a shade of gray that appeals to me, because I'm a Craftsy kinda person, they're wise I would be returning them because they're practically white. Hope this helps, if you decide to get the grayish white it should just be white. I read the reviews but I thought well it looks so much darker in the picture however it is what it is.

I bought one of the star white valances for the small window over my sink in my kitchen. The color seems to be off and doesn’t look good in my yellow and white kitchen. The star white color just looks dirty and dingy next to my white cabinets. In addition, I think maybe the style would look better if I had ordered two so they would be a little more filled in. They definitely are not high quality material but for the price I think the fabric is ok. I liked the little satin ribbon on the bottom. I don’t think I will be keeping them up, but it’s not worth the shipping cost for me to send back.

I found these by accident. I was looking for something for my basement and when they arrived, I realized they were the exact same black and material as my grommet curtains in my living and dining rooms. I had to come back and reorder them for those windows as well. They look great! JET BLACK! They don’t look or feel cheap at all! HOWEVER, they are not all the same length. That isn’t a deal breaker for me though because I got creative with a few minutes of my time and some fabric tape.

Pretty disappointed with this item. It was not the same shade of color as advertised and it was too short for my window. I went to return the item and found out that there is a $6.00 return fee. Not worth it. Save your money.

Whoever made these valances needed to know when they scalloped the bottom that they needed to add extra length to the fabric. Because when you sew the scallop on bottom of the valance... the fabric will be taken up more fabric making the bottom shorter than the top of the valance.I am ordering another length because both my drapes are in a corner so I can sew a piece on to these to make up the difference and you won't know it's there. I'm using rods that curve into the wall so they wrap around the end of the rod. I'll know it's there but it won't be obvious. For whatever it is worth keep this in mind depending on how you are using this valance. Otherwise nice valance and I'm keeping them.

I bought four Deconovo Blackout valances in dark brown, and they came just as described on the Website. The material is just the right thickness and it's soft. A friend visited me at home and saw them at my window. Her remark was, "Those valances are so beautiful! Where did you get them?" When I told her they come in a variety of colours and are sold on Amazon.ca, she decided to order some.They are a perfect fit for my brown and blue coloured curtain panels. I 'm once again pleased with an order from Amazon.ca. Thank you, Amazon. You're providing an excellent service for shoppers like me who like to shop from the comfort of home.

Color was accurate. Quality is excellent. Shipped quickly. Great price. I would recommend. Only thing I didn't like was that it was an add on item and I didn't have enough stuff and didn't want to wait so I ended up ordering some stuff I didn't need so that I could get these right away. But the product it self is excellent.

These curtains are extremely well made and are exactly as shown. I had previously purchased regular style black out curtains from this vendor and was very pleased and felt positive about purchasing these valance type curtains as well. Great delivery, price and product. Would recommend to anyone.

Don't believe the measurements. Okay, this is a valance rather than an actual curtain, but bought it for a small window (30"x15"), and it was too short in length AND in width. Disappointing.

I struggled to find affordable curtains for a basement bedroom window, so I bought these. They look nice, but they still weren't really long enough to really black-out the room.
