Bought this on recommendation from a lactation consultant to help with breast milk supply. Have been adding about 1/2 tsp to a morning protein smoothie for just over a week. So far it seems to be helping, and the taste doesn’t overwhelm the smoothie. I do notice a difference in taste when I use it, but it’s not off-putting.There are a number of negative reviews about the packaging. It would appear the packaging is going through transition. I got a resealable bag like others even though the listing shows a plastic jar. The resealable bag is fine, although a little tricky to seal if You’re not paying attention. When I first opened it, it wouldn’t seal at all, but it was because some of the powder had gotten trapped in the channel. I took a toothpick and cleared out the trapped powder and have been able to seal it since.

Good product, though I went for this product because the intial product image was of the powder in a jar. I received a bagged version. I would have ordered a cheaper variety that was pictured in a bag, had I known what I was getting. I was happy to pay more for the convenience of having a stackable, stealable container to store in my limited shelving. I'm making due for now and will look for different packaging in the future.

First off the packing was different. I don't really mind it but it was still misleading to me so I gave it one star for packaging. The smell to me is like a butterscotch or Carmel very sweet smelling. This is my first time using thus so I can only describe the product being that I have nothing to compare it to. The taste horrible worse than black seed oil, kind of bitter. I bought it for a hair treatment haven't used it yet so we will see.

I bought this to add to my lactation cookie recipes and was so excited because I heard so many good things about this. I used it for 2 weeks and even added it to my water. I guess I should of read more about it first. I noticed my milk supply was getting lower and lower and I started freaking out. I finally came across an article that said fenugreek has a tendency to lower milk supply not raise it for some women. I omediately stopped taking it and long and behold like a week later my supply started climbing again. What a relief! So needless to say, be careful and read more about this before just jumping head first into taking fenugreek to increase milk supply.

This was fairly inexpensive & tastyThe package was not the same as pictured but I put it into a different container that was air tight since I live in High HumidityMust Try !

I used it right away in a hair mask. I used coconut milk and the powder together as a and my hair came out great after I washed it and let it dry. It was soft and not frizzy. I want to try it again with aloe vera. And I am sure I see a skin mask in the future. The product was as described, excellent price, and amazing quality.

I like it no complaints.

I'm looking for ways to consume this without the bitter taste. It tastes bitter yet loaded with many nutrients.

It smells different from the one I used first.
