First and foremost, I read from another review that drinking coffee after taking this completely masks it. That is not true. Do not have coffee with this. It tasted like vomit. I audibly said, "Oh my god, ew!?" That being said! The flavor (gummy bears) is meh. Plug your nose, take it like a shot, chase it with some kind of fruity drink, and it might as well have been water. I follow it with a cherry slush Alani and don't taste it at all. Anyway! This works well and does a good job of curbing appetite. It doesn't give you jittery energy or anything like that. I take it in the morning and then in the mid-afternoon when I get home from work. I can't speak for the long-term effects quite yet. Tldr: Do not take it with coffee. I would recommend it otherwise!

I had been using the iSatori L-carnitine supplement for quite a while. I stopped taking it and instead starting using a similar product that also included added fat burning ingredients. Unfortunately that got too expensive and really didn’t seem to be producing better results. So I recently went back to taking this product and I’m glad I did. The cost is about half of the fat burning version and the results, although subtle, seem to be the same. Carnitine is an interesting supplement in that it doesn’t produce an obvious effect. You don’t feel it working, but it is. Or I hope it is. What I like best about the iSatori product is that you are getting 3 forms of carnitine in effective studied amounts. I especially like the addition of L-carnitine L-tartrate. I also appreciate the 3000 mg dose in one serving. It’s easy to take. I put the 1/2 cap dose into my preworkout drink and don’t notice any change in flavor. Taking it on its own is a bit strong, so I prefer to have it diluted. But I’d have no issue just swallowing it down on its own. Cost wise, I think this is fairly priced. The bottle contains 32 servings. Overall good product.

I need to buy more, feel way better when I do take it and does make you lose a little bit if belly fat. I don't have much to lose but still helps.
