Owned for 1 week… so far so good!I have 2 large cats (Maine Coon X) one of which is very food driven! I bought 2 of these as we are going away for a night and wanted a way to feed them remotely.The app set up was easy and works well with both Alexa and Siri! (iOS)The container comes with Velcro security straps to hold the lid on, and the lid fits quite tightly! So far, my fat food driven trash gremlin hasn’t broken into it! Fingers crossed this continues to be the case!The units are proper dual power! They work fine on batteries alone, as well as by usb power (included in the box) 1 negative point here… the advert says it comes with a nylon braided cable to protect against cats who chew on cables. It doesn’t! It has the standard white plastic cable, can easily be chewed & broken! Be aware, these are not standard usb cables and can’t easily be found to replace!My cats are still getting used to the stainless steel bowls that come with it (they’re unsure of new things!). The good news is you can easily remove the standard bowls and put any normal bowls in their place and the unit remains very stable!Pros…Stable & SecureEasy to use & setupAlexa & Siri support!Very quiet operationDual powerUse any bowls (within reason)Cons… (so far)Doesn’t come with advertised nylon braided cable!Charging cable supplied can easily be chewed by cats/dogsCharging cable not standard usb so difficult to find & replace.Could do with being a little higher off the ground (this is more of a personal preference for my cats, but they prefer their food bowls elevated so they don’t have to crouch to eat.)All in all, I can recommend this cat feeder! My 2 morons only took a day or so to figure out “scary new thing give food… we like scary new thing now xxx” and so far neither of them have figured out how to break into the main hopper! Fingers crossed!

Reliable and accurate. Good quality. Used for feeding old cat while away on weeks holiday. No problems. Also worked with Amazon Alexa.

The overall function of the feeder is great for our cat, who gets biscuits as a supplement to her main wet food meals. However there is no plug near where her food is located, 4 x AA batteries lasted just over a day before having to switch them. We have now relocated the feeder to be near a plug socket. Not ideal but otherwise can’t fault the feeder. Easy to set up and plan a schedule.

Purchased for my elderley dog who wolfs his dinner down. This did the job, as dispenses over a 20 minute cycle and enough for him to not choke.

This worked well for a little while but has started showing technical issues. My dog was not fed couple of times and I only noted when the puppy appeared unsettled!!I do not recommend this product at all!It makes a noise of (ie 8 times for x8 portions) but nothing comes out. I have tried desperately to solve it but nothing is working after I spent so much money on this, I feel this is a major rip off.Pls arrange a refund. I am very unhappy. Thanks

I have this for more than a year and it’s amazing feeder easy to clean and easy to feed the cats if I’m away it’s must have value for money

Works ok to an extent but food gets stuck in the spinning flaps can stop working unless checked regularly
