I have tried a couple different bags for pickleball before arriving at this one. I have to say, it holds everything I need in a very organized manner. I put my cell phone and glasses in the lower side pocket, wallet and keys in the top pocket. 2 paddles fit in the padded pockets in the back. Your pickleballs go in the side pocket. That leaves the main compartment to hold the rest,,, and it holds a lot. All your food, drinks, etc have plenty of room. I even throw in a small collapsible stool. There is a compartment in the bottom for shoes, but that is a bag that extends up into the main compartment, so I don't bother with that and just throw them in the top. I've been using it almost daily for 2 months now, and so far everything is holding up quite nicely. I've also had a lot of positive comments on it. The only "improvement" I would envision is offering it in a couple of colors...I'm not a big fan of white. But in the end it doesn't matter, this bag gets the job done. I think this bag is just the right size for one or two people, it doesn't look like your packing for the weekend, and still holds everything you need to make your game enjoyable. Highly recommended !!!Update: I've used this bag for almost 3 years now.. I play nearly everyday. It's getting a little faded from basking in the sun everyday, but, everything still works perfectly. There have been no tears or rips, no seams have come loose, all the zippers still work like new. I keep thinking something has to give way here after all this use, but nope, it just keeps on going like a champ. Unbelievable !

Christmas gift for my husband......He Loves this pack for his pickleball gear!! ...... Sadly, today (Feb. 8), he’s walking along and the pack falls because one of the shoulder straps has come apart where it attaches to the pack.......gonna see if the company will help us out, or maybe a shoe shop can repair it.......shouldn’t be coming apart after just a few months......otherwise, it’s a great pack with all the pockets and compartments that he needs for his pickleball outings. UPDATE: called the Amazon Aces folks and they were awesome. Replaced the backpack within 2 days !!! Very apologetic and accommodating, and will look into the strap issue on future productions ! Very pleased with their customer service to say the least !

The New and Improved strap only last 10 months. I take care of my bag and only keep balls, 2 paddles, knee brace and small light weight items in the bag. I never put shoes or heavy things and about a week ago the strap just gave way!!! I always use a clip to hang my bag and sadly, as you can see by the bag handle, it just slipped out. Not a tear!! Sadly I was hoping to get a few years use out of this. The bag was good looking and very roomy but unfortunately since this defect I’ll have to look for something better.

good product and everyone likes the way it looks. However, there was a problem. I was able to correct the sowing problem with a sowing machine.

Recently purchased this bag as beginner pickleball player needing something simple and easy to hold my gear as I bike to the courts. I knew I wanted a backpack style bag. I noticed one of the zippers wasn't working right, and it actually fell off during the first day of use. I reached out to the company to get my options, and they immediately responded with a sincere apology and a shipping confirmation number for a new bag. Accountability and rush shipping at no charge--hard to beat that.The bag is big enough to hold several paddles, balls, a change of clothes, shoes, and some snacks. It has an insulated pocket for keeping a water bottle cold as well. It's a simple bag that works as advertised. Great product at a great price. And should you need it, you'll get great service from the company.

This bag is way too small to fit 4 paddles. I have to stuff my paddles inside to make them fit, and they're standard sized pickleball paddles. This bag also ripped within a month of buying it. Would not recommend

The media could not be loaded. Really great bag for the size and cost. Love the side sleeve for balls. Love the storage spaces though I wish they would have put more. Wish they would increase size by about 25%.

When I first purchased this product I was happy with the size. Smaller than the standard PB (tennis) bag. Now the side ball pocket has failed (see photo) making the entire side of the bag useless. Also, the other side has two very small pockets. One a small cold storage pocket (? lined with some silver material), which is too small to put any food or practically anything. This is where I cram my phone/wallet/keys. This pocket is really too small to store or easily access items. The top pocket is even smaller. Don't know what you could put here (maybe keys). This bag needs a larger pockets for personal items including today's over-sized phones. Bag should include a water bottle storage instead of cheap ball storage pocket.
