Incipio Apple iPhone X Kate Spade New York Protective Hard-Shell Case - Charlotte Stripe Red/Red Glitter

When I first got my case, I was so happy. The design is adorable and stylish. It looks beautiful with my gold iPhone XS. However, after only a week, the case began to come apart at the seam. It's not broken, it just unsealed. I'm super bummed. I love the case so much that I super glued it back together, but I wish I didn't have to do that, especially after only a week of use.

This is a really good looking case but is so stiff that it is constantly pressing the volume button on my phone. It’s so annoying!

This is a beautiful case and I don’t regret buying it at all, however the plastic over the buttons is too thick and makes them hard to press.

Although this case is really pretty I did not pay attention when looking a the photo that there is no protection at all on the bottom of the phone. It is completely open. I don’t mind because the price is low. But this more of a decorative case than a protective one. So if your like me and love to switch out your case to match your mood this is a great case just don’t go out and party with it and you’ll be fine.

Bought this for my wife, it fell apart after a month or so. For the price I’d expect something more durable.You’re paying for the brand, not for a good quality case.Would not recommend. 1/5
