Having utilized light therapy for many years. Having a tool this small, but yet mighty where it can go where you need it and where you’re at has been such an improvement. Considering my original light box was hundreds of dollars and the size of a small suitcase, this portable option with a reasonable price point so most everyone no matter their economic is able to benefit anyone struggling with the long darker days.

Super bright! Good to have when you don't sleep, like me...and wake up in the wee hours of dark-thirty!

Love this light, I believe it helped me through my winter blues. That why I gave it a try.

I suffer from a modest version of SAD, and using this light each morning most definitely picked me up.

Didn't work and I didn't know until I tried it after about 8 months of owning it.. so now I'm stuck with it

Happy with my purchase so far! Nice little unit. Will be great for home, office and while on business trips. I really like the light and timer options. I just received it yesterday and have used three times since. Good purchase. Good unit. I do wish like other reviews that the kickstand locked into place.. but that is a small gripe. I hung mine from the lamp using the kick stand.. just a little hack:)

Doctor suggested this light during winter and foggy/gloomy days in the Central Valley, CA. I can tell the difference when I dont use it. I just turn it on will getting ready in the morning.

SMALL AND TIDY and very bright. This is the best light for a dark work room or bedroom. Really happy with its use so far (couple months of winter use).

Product definitely helps for beating those winter blues you get. Overall I'd say this was worth the purchase. Light is pretty bright and stimulates your brain at the right distance from the face. No joke: DON'T look directly at the light. It will strain on the eyes if you do! This can suck because you have to fumble with the buttons below the lamp to adjust brightness, timers etc. As the product description states, this is a wired lamp. So keep that in mind if you need to do wire management. If your adapter (which must be purchased separately) is loose, the slightest movement will cause the lamp to turn off. My biggest gripe is with the flimsy stand that the product comes with. If I move the lamp even a few degrees, the stand can collapse and the lamp falls flat on its back. All things considered, this was a good first buy for someone starting out with therapy lamps. Good value for money!
