I liked them, I was taking them for the biotin, keratin, and collagen for my hair. Only reason I put 4 stars is that I want others to know beforehand that there is quite a lot of vitamin a in it. I didn’t pay attention to that and I was only taking one a day and the bottle even recommends twice a day if desired. But I started taking some dedicated beef liver capsules for the iron and they have a lot of vitamin a as well, and I started to feel pretty sick due to too much vitamin a, which can be toxic. So just be aware of that with any other supplements you are taking.

I've been taking these vitamins for about a month and I've noticed a HUGE difference! For one thing, my eyelashes are growing so long! Before this vitamin, I barely had eyelashes. My nails are also stronger. I plan on continuing to take this vitamin indefinitely. I can't wait to see the results when I've been on them even longer.

I took it for five days and had a terrible headache all five days. As soon as I stopped taking it, the headache went away. I did not take any other kind of supplement or medication with it. I threw away the bottle after that.

My wife and I have been using the vitamins for a couple of weeks now and we both definitely see and feel the difference. I feel like my hair is thicker and my wife has seen an improvement on what she considered damage hair from years of blow drying and straightening her hair. I would definitely recommend this product.

I can't say it works haven't taken the vitamin long enough. Delivery was good. The only problem is the smell.

Havent finished bottle yet

I've only been taking the pills for about 2 weeks now but I'm not seeing any difference. I'll give it a month and hopefully I'll see some sort of results.
