I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because of the serving size. The serving size states "5.3 scoop" I am guessing they mean 1 scoop which is equivalent to 5.3 grams but I cannot be sure. If that is not the meaning then I'm not sure what percentage of nutrients and sodium I'm taking. I will say that the first few days I took this, I had so much energy. I felt like I'd taken something specifically to give me energy. Unforunately my body acclimated and I don't have that response anymore but it's still a great product for hyrdration. When comparing this to liquid IV, I feel like this offers more of what I am looking for anyway so that's another plus.

I've been using this product for a while now and it's been working really well for my monthly water fasts and keto diet. I take one scoop per day and it lasts for a whole month, which is really convenient. I like that it's made with natural ingredients too.The only downside is that the container doesn't actually have 100 servings of one scoop apiece like they claim, which is a bit disappointing. It's not very professional of them to be dishonest about the volume just so they can charge us more money.Overall, I would give this product four stars because it does work for me, but I really wish they would get their product tested and certified by FDA-registered labs. If they did that, it would definitely be a five-star product in my book!

I was recommended these electrolytes from my nutritionist. I was using more expensive jigsaw and relyte ones and we like the taste of these. The price is great and it comes with a scoop. I don’t like how big the bag is on my counter so I put them in a mason jar. They will get clumpy if they get any moisture in the jar so use caution when scooping and filling water bottles.

I don't use it full strength but divide the scoop between two bottles. This stuff really helps me get the water down.I haven't had a desire for any other drink since I started on this. Can hardly wait to try another flavor.Good job. I was so happy it worked out for me because I almost didn't buy it because of the negative reviews.

My fam likes sour items so these products fit that craving for them. However...beware of serving size labeling error 🤣 5.3 scoops for a serving size will a) be hard to measure accurately and b) be hard to swallow! Looking at other photo uploads we clearly got a batch of bad labeling and a serving size SHOULD be 1 SCOOP (5.3 grams). Scooper beware!
