EDC lighter
I have carried this lighter for the better part of 2 years. It is not flashy or fancy. I have tried to replace it with more expensive lighters but have fallen short. This lighter fires every attempt even when driving with windows down. It is less expensive than most but the reliability is there. It may not be flashy but I have let friends use it when their top dollar lighter goes flat and empty. Keep this lighter full and purged of air and it is a quick re-light away from your favorite. Spend the extra money on a better cigar and just get this lighter.

Doesn’t work
Waste of money. As others have said, it worked a couple times and now just clicks without ignition.

Don’t buy. And if you have a problem, you have to pay to ship it back. Rediculous!
Worked 2-3 times and then sporadically.

Junk lighter + zero customer support = BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND
I got this lighter in a Big Boy gift set purchased at a Wild Bill's Tobacco. I mainly bought it for the five-cigar Herfa-dor (travel humidor). At first I thought the lighter was a nice addition, but it had trouble lighting right off the get-go. I purged it and filled it with premium Lotus butane blew out the jets just as the troubleshooting instructions suggested............to no avail. It's almost as if the lighter has a leak, as I've filled it numerous times. It'll light a couple times, then out it goes like it's bone dry. I've sent two emails to the Lotus group that manufactures this lighter. Neither of them got a reply. Because of their non-existent customer service, if you're looking for a "good" lighter, I suggest you go with a different brand. The "warranty" these people offer costs you a minimum of $10 AND shipping the lighter back to them on your dime. That's if you can even get a response from them in the first place. I'm not hard to please in the least, but if I send a business whose goods I've purchased a communication, I expect the courtesy of a reply. It's twice as bad when you're having a problem with a brand new item and get no reply from them. That says all you need to know about how they feel about their customers: they don't.
