I wasn't sure if this would work but for the great price, it was worth taking a chance. I have had this 'Countdown to Christmas' plaque for a few years and I thought the chalk I was using was rubbish. However, after buying a new box, I realised it was actually the board that was not good. The black spray can arrived today, so I carefully masked the red and went for it. It took one swish of the black spray and then I left it for a few hours to thoroughly dry. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. It works like new. The board is smooth and the chalk flows easily now over the paint. Easy for the kids now to count down the days. Excellent product. (Definitely use outside though, it pongs).

I used this for several crafts and have been really happy each time. It has really good coverage and only needed one good layer of spray to.do the job, with no dripping. Smell is not too strong if aired as directed. To be used with proper chalk, we haven't tried chalk pens with it.

Product was ok but be aware of the can size ! It’s very small and coverage was extremely limited and ran out very quickly !

Miniscule quantity of paint in can, really poor value for money - making blackboards for children, approx a4 size. Ran out after one thin coat on 6 boards.

I only needed a small amount of paint for a small blackboard & this was perfect. Quick, no mess, no brush to clean & easy to use. Bargain. A+++++++

Pleased with service and delivery. Spray gives good covering. Strong smell must use outdoors. Happy with end product.

I should have read what the content of that can was! Ridiculously expensive for what was in it - buy ‘paint on with brush’ and not this overpriced stuff
