Came on time, Install was simplistic. Very big size - fits my largest coffee mug and drink containers. Looks great on my large stainless steel sink. High quality (weighty) stainless steel construction.

I'd seen things like this through my facebook feed and decided to look into them. My wife has a few mugs that are handwash only so I thought this would be a good purchase and it would be great to wash bottles when we have kids. I browsed around for a while trying to find one that I thought would have the best features and decent price tag. This one hit the nail on the head for me. Rotating Jet, wider base to fit larger cups, decent price, I was sold. Since we have granite I also had to purchase a diamond hole saw to use with my power drill, I went with this one - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08B3Q1BNW psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details- and it worked perfectly for what I needed. Setup wasn't terribly difficult, took less than an hour to do everything including drilling the hole in the granite, which was terrifying, but in the end it all worked out great, only recommendation I would make when installing is to have some pipe sealant tape to help prevent any leaking. This cleans cups very well and my wife loves it, even though originally she was hesitant about me purchasing this. My only slight gripe is if you're say washing a cup and you use a small dab of dish soap in it, the bubbles don't fully wash out of the tray and can just sit there unless you rinse it out with your faucet, which we can do easily, but it's just a slight annoyance. Overall great product and if you're in the market for a glass rinser I'd definitely recommend checking this one out.

Works great. Great pressure and rinses well. Looks great also! It does leak from the top of the unit. Just little drop or two but will need to fix it. Not sure if it is a simple washer or if I have to remove it to replace a part

The media could not be loaded.  Install the cup rinser and LOVE IT YALL!!!! I like that it was easy to install and it even gets my big Stanley clean. Works great on even my largest cup. You won’t regret it.

Sturdy, beautiful, easy to install, very functional.

Was skeptical at first due to the spinning head but the machining and finish is good. Tools provided (including a fitted plastic cap) to help tighten the stainless steel hose fittings. I was impressed. Larger sized glasses will fit and the cup rest looks durable. Switched to this after the valve on a cheaper alternative failed to close soon after installation. The valve on this product is a different and more robust design.

I don’t know why these things aren’t more common. Really handy for cleaning baby bottles, glasses and yogurt containers. Best 50-60 bucks I’ve spent in a long time.Only thing I would suggest is if the seller had the drill size on the instruction. I’m a trades guy so I was able to make it work. 1 inch seemed a little big, 7/8” was right on.

So was originally very satisfied with this product. It worked well. Unfortunately after just four days it started leaking from the holes/sprayer. Leaking a significant amount, and as hooked up to my hot water I removed the item and returned my soap dispenser.
