Does this fit a Kalkhoff (endeavour) handlebar?

the spec of the Kalkhoff will tell you the diameter of the handlebar, 31.8mm is the modern standard, typically used in MTBs and e-bikes or any handlebar that needs a stiff or wide handlebar  The old 25.4mm diameter is generally only seen on older bikes and lightweight road bikes - the "oversize" klickfix works brilliantly on 31.8mm handlebars.  Note some handlebars can have a wider central section, and still allow narrower bar-ends for small hands, but my *guess* is that this oversize fitting will be suitable for your kalkhoff.   If in doubt buy both versions and return the one that doesn't fit.  The adaptor works on a cantilever principle so my tip is to fix it with the wire slightly short so that unloaded  the red button is tilted slightly towards the rider.  On the version I bought, the wire is the key to the support, so it doesn't matter if the rings are big enough to allow a little rotation when there is no basket attached, in fact such freedom makes it easier to clip the basket on.    It is important to follow the instructions exactly though, its possible they've changed since I bought mine.    The positioning of the wire seemed a little counter-intuitive to me the first  time I put one on one of my bikes, but made a lot of sense once I got the hang of them - these klickfix adapters and related baskets that use the adapters are strong and brilliant in use ( eg Rixen Kaul and similar brands) and I've put them on all of my bikes over the years and I have never had one fail - so even if you find the fit a little perplexing at first, definitely worth persisting with them.

I want to attach a power bank to keep my satnav running on 12v. how can i use my existing klickfix adaptor to hold the power bank?

Will this work with the Victoria Pendleton wicker basket

If the basket is compatible with clikfix fittings, then yes;   otherwise, I don't know.   I usuually buy Rixen Kaul baskets which are attractive, high quality, more rain proof than wicker, and much more durable than wicker.
