OPSITE Waterproof Dressings x5 6.5cm x5cm

Excellent product. Stayed waterproof & lasted all day, keeping a deep wound clean.

I bought it to furnish my emergency basket. Two days after I received it...I needed it badly. I walked on a broken baking porcelains dish shard. A three quarter inch deep pointed wound in the thickest part of the ball of my foot. After I managed to clean, disinfect and finally stopped the bleeding, I applied the dressing using a mirror. Kept it on for 24 hours and replaced it. It stayed in place perfectly and did not move all day I managed to walk, carefully, but steadily. I could not have had a better dressing. I am impressed. No curling up at the edges. No crinkling. Absolutely flat and firmly on. I removed it easily and replaced it with a fresh one. My foot looks good and it is healing. PERFECT...!...

These dressings are excellent as they keep your wound clean and more importantly dry but still aid healing. I was a little disappointed that they did not come in their own box but rather in a cellophane packet hence only 4* but as a product they are excellent and would definitely recommend!

Expensive but works well. Stays in place. Easy to apply. I am allergic to Elastoplast. This works for me. Buy them frequently. Easy to peel off without tearing the skin.

Bought as an alternative to 3M Tegaderm+Pad 3582 which only seemed to be available in bigger / more expensive packs. It does almost exactly the same job. The Opsite pad doesn't have the rounded corners of the Tegaderm and it isn't so integrated into the dressing (more like a rectangle of Melolin stuck on) and the peel away material is not so slick - but everything works just fine. Both dressings come away well but, in my experience, the Opsite caused less skin soreness / damage.

These are great dressings, the same ones that i was sent home from hospital with after keyhole surgery. I bought some cheaper ones locally but they weren't waterproof and I had an allergic reaction to them so I ordered more of these. They peel away easily when it's time to change them but they also stay on well and are pretty waterproof so they keep wounds dry whilst in the shower.

These plasters are very good. My son has a condition where he grows pyogenic granuloma's on his face and neck. They get troublesome and bleed a lot. One was bleeding so badly we couldn't stop it so a trip to a&e was needed. They stopped the bleeding and dressed it accordingly with these plasters along with some other things underneath. They gave me a few spares while we waited for his operation at great ormand street. As this took a while I had to buy some more in desperation. They are nice and thin and comfortable. My son reacts to some plasters, but not these. I don't have to worry about him splashing about in the bath because they are completely waterproof and stay on for at least 4-5 days. I would give them 5 stars but I do think the price is a bit steep for plasters. Saying that I still spend the money on them because they are the best I can get.

I came across these wound dressing not that long ago. I read the reviews and thought OK. I'll give them a chance. My skin is very very sensitive to plasters and all the other dressings too that are supposed to be non allergenic. But I am surprised at how good they are. They are easy to put on and even taking them off is really good too. So I will keep using them.

Naj ja. Verpackung kam stark lädiert an. Produkt ist ok. Aber zu teuer für die paar Stripes. Werde nicht mehr bestellen.
