LagunaPond Vacuum Kit

Just cleaned out my new pond with this and must say im impressed! Easy to put together and connect to the hose pipe then your good to go.Removed quite a bit of soil and general muck left over from the fitting of the liner and the stones around the edge, 5 minute job and looks great now.Me (and the fish) would recommend this simple yet effective pond vacuum.

Doesn't hoover or scrub properly. Terrible product. Wish it hadn't been raining so much so I'd had a chance to use it before now. I'd have returned it straight away if I knew how bad it was but now I'm out of the returns window. Avoid

Ok for the price I wasn’t expecting miracles, the concept is great but that’s as far as I’d go , the materials are pretty cheap and won’t last very long, from the outset it was a nightmare trying to find a hose fitting that snapped on without leaking , in the end I discarded the fitting supplied and used one out of my spares box even then I had to add a thicker sealing ring, so assembly complete on with the water , it worked but I’d be dubious about applying any pressure, I found it easier to only use one section of rod , the net supplied does catch heavy material along with smaller gravel, you do end up with murky water but my filter will solve that, so all in all I found working in sections and allowing the pond to clear for a couple of hours worked best for me, , 3 stars for the poor materials not the performance, thicker tube would have been better and the joints better fitted instead of lopsided with a dollop of glue

So I have a small pond 2.5 meters squared. I tried to clean the sludge and slime with a fine net but this just stored everything up. I looked at a lot of the pond hovers but thought that these were too powerful and expensive for such a small pond. I saw this and was a bit concerned about connecting it via a hose to the mains and introducing chemicals that could harm the fish. So instead I connected it to the pump I have, All Pond Solutions CUP-305 purchased via Amazon. The pressure from this was not as expected however it worked really well. You can't move along to fast as you end up stirring it up and although this still sucks the sludge and slime up it takes longer. I would have given this 5 stars however the o-ring on the end of the Hoselock adapter was to big and I needed to change it as the Hoselock connector wouldn't push on, however once changed it pushed on and off easily.

Excellent suction easy to use. I ignored the instructions to fit those pipe to it and fitted a 1inch pipe to a pond pump and the suction is brilliant and the water is recycled from pump to pond .

i bought this product thinking it would clean my pond but all it actually did was pump water in to my small pond and force a small amount of sludge into it at the same time filing my pond to the brim with water i guess you get what you pay for i only lost a smal amount of money i will consider buying a proper pond vac in the future

The hose end broke when I dropped it rendering it useless. Couldn't get spares for it.. not a standard fitting either...

Had this a couple of weeks and used three times so far.It does what it says, but wouldn't recommend for heavily silted ponds. Will remove debris, but you do use a lot of water, a concern if you have a meter; and it does fill up the pond to overflowing point, not something you want to do too often.It appears to be quite a flimsy product, but in action it is quite robust. One issue I had was that the adaptor to connect it to 'Hozelock' type connectors had the wrong size rubber O-ring (washer) making it impossible to connect. Once I replaced this with one off a spare Hozelock connector, it connected without problem or leakage.When you consider the alternative is a powered vacuum style cleaner costing upwards of £70, this is worth a punt, but don't expect miracles!

The product is plastic which is not sturdy. Is completley fuctional and do.the job.

S utilise avec le boyau d arrosage, parfait pour les débris mais quasiment inefficace avec la sludge du printemps. Permet un entretien facile de manipulation.

...peccato che l'attacco per il tubo non regga bene e rischia di staccarsi di continuo. Se non fosse per questo problema tecnico funzionerebbe benissimo; non so se sua un difetto del mio acquisto o dell'oggetto in generale, anche se è strano, perché la prima volta che l'ho usato non mi ha dato problemi. Boh. Purtroppo sono costretta ad acquistare un altro prodotto, così com'è questo non è più usabile

Ich bin zufrieden, für den Preis funktioniert ganz gut, die Hauptsache es funktioniert, die Algen zieht und die Fische nicht schadet.
