I purchased this for my Mom as she likes to go through her phone and read emails, watch some video's, while sitting in her chair in the evenings. She always is saying how hard it is to see the screen on her phone. Has worked out well so far.

Bought to play Ark mobile on. Gave it away 5 minutes later. Probably fine for checking email or reading an ebook, but there are way cheaper options for that.

The input without a separate keyboard was very difficult to use.

The pad was purchased in September, 2023 from the seller Global CR on Amazon. The pad became completly unresponsive about a month ago. I contacted Samsung directly who informed me that the serial number from the pad is not in their system. I then contacted the seller via Amazon.com. They advised various "fixes" that you could also find with a simple online search. After several go-rounds with the seller informing them of all of my attempts to fix the issue unsuccessfully, they finally offered a $50. sum to have it repaired locally. This is cmpletely unaccepatble. I think something dishonest is going on with the seller and neither they, Amazon Customer Service or Samsung itself has been of any assistance in correcting this situation. Buyer beware of the Global CR seller!

I just got it got bu so for its been great

This is a review of the seller, Global CR. When I turned on the device for the first time it asked for language preference and the next screen asked me to select my country or region. The only options listed were such countries as Iraq, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, etc. No countries in the western hemisphere. So, I called Samsung and I was informed that the serial number was not for a US device, but must have been intended for sale in the Middle East.

The description didn't say anything about it not being new, but when I got it, the charger was outside the tamper sealed bux which I thought was odd, sure enough, there was an empty compartment inside the box for it proving it was at least opened once! When I tried to set it up, it only gave about 12 Asian countries of origin to choose from, United States was even an option! Sent it back, clearly it was used.

There is no mention of this not working in the US, but when I opened and and tried to program it, I found that there was no option for U.S.A. what a waste of time. The description should say that.
