Yes. Where possible remove the old liner from your shoes, line the heel and the inside edge up, draw around the old liner on the Superfeet and cut them to size.

Are these insoles good for basketball?

These insoles are designed for arch support and heel hold, l use them in my cycling shoes. They are thin and not much cushioning.

Are these good for high arch feet?

Yes, these can be used for people with high arches, especially in tight-fitting footwear.

are these stiff so can reduce big toe over bending ?

There is enough support to prevent over bending of the big toe.
