A Must-Have Addition to Any Toolbox!
I recently purchased the DURATECH 2 Pack Folding Box Cutter Utility Knife Set, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These utility knives have quickly become an indispensable part of my toolbox. One of the standout features is the safety lock mechanism, which can be easily operated with one hand. This makes it incredibly convenient to open and close the knife, saving me valuable time on the job. The secure lock ensures that the blade stays in place during use, providing a sense of safety that is essential when handling sharp tools. The size of these knives is just right – not too bulky, yet substantial enough to handle a variety of cutting tasks with precision. Whether I'm working on a DIY project, opening packages, or tackling odd jobs around the house, these utility knives handle the job with ease. What I appreciate the most about these knives is their overall ease of use. The ergonomic design fits comfortably in my hand, and the blade changing process is straightforward and hassle-free. Having these knives in my toolbox and keeping one in my pocket has made my tasks more efficient and enjoyable. The DURATECH 2 Pack Folding Box Cutter Utility Knife Set is a fantastic investment for anyone in need of a reliable cutting tool. A better box cutter
This is a really great design for a'box cutter'. It locks closed so ok for pocket carry, but is easy to open one handed.

Good little box cutter
This is a nice little box cutter, uses standard SK5 blades which are available everywhere. Very sharp too. When they get too dull, you can just pull the blade out and flip it end for end and you're got a new sharp blade. When the second end gets dull, a quick trip to a hardware store will get you many more blades. Mine is still new, and the blade changes are a bit stiff, but will probably improve once the knife gets broken in a bit. The blades are securely held in place. The cutter is nicely finished in matte black paint. It seems to be well made, with no wobbly parts. The mechanism works smoothly, even allowing you to hold down the release button and flip it open one handed if your (left) hand is occupied. The clip lets you wear it either inside or outside of your pocket. My single criticism is that it is a right-handed cutter. The clip blocks the release button when used in the left hand, but the release button only works when pressed by your right thumb, which means that you can't just move the clip to the other side. The clip requires a mounting hole, but even if you drilled a hole to move the clip, the release button still wouldn't work to release the blade. Typical right hand design (minus 1 star). Southpaws spend their whole lives adapting to things like this, so this will be easy for most of them. Speaking of using the cutter, the blade and the folding mechanism feel nice and tight with very little wobble. Hopefully it will continue to remain tight. I had been looking for a pocket knife for utility jobs like cutting up boxes, cutting rope and cord to length, and all those other tasks pocket knives are used for. Looking around at most knives, they were all too expensive Do I really need a D2 steel blade, and something that looks like it was designed for a Navy Seal? I didn't want something that looks like it was designed for self-defense, or to intimidate people. On the other hand I didn't want something like my wife's old box cutter where the blade can slide out of the end of the handle and ruin my pants pockets or cut me. The bad news is that I only bought 2. I got 1, my wife got 1, but now I need another couple for my tool box and work bench. I can make do for now.

Simple Excellence!
The design is simple and effective! These are really nice "tiny tools" with much wider than a tiny range of use. My EDC literally!.I am left handed and this is very left friendly. I'd LOVE it if they made a full on left handed version!Don't think twice these are well worth the cost.

Great for EDC
Very light and handy. Well made and designed. Excellent for EDC. Probably would not hold up with heavy duty construction use. I set mine up with TIN coated blades for rust resistance and friction reduction. They work great.
