Ink has run out after only a few times use of the printer. Return process confusing.

Good cartridges
Always good cartridges bit expensive but you got to have them.The refills are never very good and they dry up in no time.

Received Expired dated Cartridges
Items were received not in original packaging. Ink cartriges had expired dates several years ago. I returned it immediately for fear it will damage my printer.
