Is this Sodium Chlorite 25% solution ?

The active ingredient is Chlorine dioxide. We have used it for a few years as a water purifier in the camper, never had a tummy bug and you cannot taste it in the water.

Can this be used in water tanks that also flush toilets into holding tank on a boat

Hello, Aqua sol is used for disinfecting and deodorising water and purisol is for cleansing of water tanks. I cant comment on it going through the flush system on the toilet as I'm unsure what you would be doing either cleaning or purifying. If it is cleaning it may have an effect on the rubber seal in the toilet. Regards Ann

What is the difference between puri sol and aqua sol could somebody explain please ?

Puri sol is purely to clean and flush out the tanks, aqua sol can stay in the water

Could you use this to treat water after filtering when out camping (water from a lake etc)? Thanks!

Short answer I don’t know. Its primary job is to keep drinking water fresh within storage tanks and through pipes in motorhomes and caravans. I would seek out a water filtration system designed to be used safely for drinking water from rivers, lakes etc. The addition of Aqua Sol albeit a very small amount, wouldn’t do any harm
