I have only awarded this product 3 stars for a specific reason. Fundamentally I think this alarm is good. It is sophisticated and works well, under test, Setting up is easy as long as you are logical and patient. Fixing the sensors took minutes and all worked well first time, including downloading the app and connecting to my mobile. Since then, however, one of the key fob units failed to operate. A complaint was sent to the vendor, who's only solution to the problem was to offer me an £8 refund, which I accepted reluctantly, After all, I still had one fob that worked and as the system can be armed and disarmed via my mobile, it seem only a small glitch, until the second fob failed! Now I have no key fob switches and can only operate the system via my 'phone which is inconvenient in that I have to call up the app, wait for it to load, then ask it to connect to the system which, particularly in the dark is a pain. No more can I just tap a button on the fob to set or unset it. So far the vendor has not responded to my second complaint and it seems that there is no possibility of replacing the failed fobs!Since writing this review, the seller has kindly fully refunded my for the item, which is more than I could have possibly expected. Also they have not asked me to change this review as a result!

Amazing features. The app is bit buggy but the sensors, security etc 10/10

I am not a tech and DIY person but managed to put it up and running. Wishing there were one more sensor with it though.

Won't connect to BT Hub including the latest.Manual says all items pre configured with id labels, no, not in this case.I have downloaded the App onto my Samsung S5, it seems to do run ok at the start.However, because the console won't configure by connecting to the BT HUB, I've no idea how good the rest of the set up is.This definitely is not a plug and play device/system for me.I am an IT savvy person, having supported and designed systems, god help those who don't have a techi background.I may be unlucky, maybe this is just one of those duds.Interesting all but one reviews are NOT verified purchases!!! (on Amazon UK site)I'm going to try the 'Skpe' support line [email protected]'ll update this later, hopefully with good news.

Awful product. As the review below also states, it will not connect to the latest versions of WiFi with BT or Sky, you can only connect using a lower frequency of WiFi or with a portable device Hotspot which then means you can’t manage your home security from your phone when out and about which makes the whole thing completely pointless! Instructions aren’t clear and it was a complete waste of my time and money. It would be a brilliant product if it actually worked but unfortunately it doesn’t. Do yourself a favour and do not buy!

I purchased this for my lovely kid and the design and function is neat and easy to use!I think I will order more for my family to use.

My husband bought this product, and he said it was good, and the alarm function was very useful, and I would continue to watch it for a while
