This is an excellent set. GHD revolutionised the hair game years ago, and they continue to perform well to this day. This set includes the Helios hairdryer and the ghd platinum+ straighteners, both in a nice gold colour. Gold can often look tacky, but it actually works really well on this set and I was impressed, they look nicer in person than the image on screen. It also comes with a storage case, which I have come to appreciate as rather than leave my hairdryer and straighteners lying on the floor, trip hazards, now I am more likely to tidy them away - so it helps me be more organised, and I didn't even expect that!The Helios hairdryer is excellent. I've always had relatively cheap hairdryers (about £40 max) but this is a game changer. Its lightweight and comfortable to hold. The air gets hot, but not too hot that it burns your scalp, and I have noticed a difference with my hair looking less frizzy and more sleek. There is also the option to use slightly colder setting or the cool burst. It comes with a nozzle that you can direct the air more easily. I really like how soft my hair feels after a Helios blow dry!The platinum+ straighteners are fantastic. As a loyal user of the GHD IVs I am pleased to report that these straighteners are just as good. The only minor complaint I would have is that my hair sometimes gets caught in the gap between the plate at the case, and I didnt have this problem with the GHD IVs. It's not a big issue though as its just the odd strand here or there. The plates warm up quickly, they are hot but not exceptionally hot, and I haven't had any problems with hair breakage etc.Yes, its pricey, but the price tag is worth it. GHD products are well made and they last a long time.Highly recommended! These are great products, and the set would make an excellent gift (either for yourself or someone else!).

As it is very powerful you done need really anything else. It will dry your hair in no time.Straightener - Really well straightens and twists and curls hair. And it's not complicated as well. It has one simple button which you push and wait. Till the light stops flashing and you hear a sound and basically it says it's ready. It feels very nice and light in hand. The hinges feel very good which lets to work with long hair much easier. As well because it works in lower temperatures your hair will be shinier and less brittle. While getting the same result.Overall it's worth the investment you will pay for high-quality products which will protect your hair and will last a long time.
