Too good to be true
I was hesitant to spend the money on this bathtub for fear that it wouldn't work as expected. This tub is wonderful. It does take some sweat and energy to bath my bedridden, Alzheimer's sticken mother, but this tub functions as it says it does. I do have a little trouble with the drain hose. The first time I used it, I got it to drain into the toilet. The secod time I used it, I couldn't get it to drain that way again. I ended up sticking the end of the house out the back door. My problem seems to be that the bed was not high enough to get the drain action going. But...I got it to work and I expect to get better at it each time I use it. I also use a waterproof mattress cover under the bathtub because I leave my mother's diaper on during the bath to avoid feces from getting in the water. This leaves us with a wet diaper while I am rolling her out of the deflated bathtub. The mattress cover takes care of that, protecting the clean sheets and then I remove the wet cover. I highly recommend this bathtub. My mother's skin and hair are more supple since I can soak and rinse her. Her muslces are also more relaxed from the soaking and running of hot water over her. The tub is not recommended to be used with a lot of water in it. I never fill it over half full for sure...actually not even that full. The weight capacity of our hospital bed is only 450 lbs and the seams on the bathtub are not made to withstand massive water pressure. Read all the directions before use.

Good product!
I am happy with the product. It is working out very well. I had some trouble inflating the pillow but was able to figure it out. I had to press down on the air hole in order for the air to pump and inflate it. This needs be done to deflate as well. Take notice that on the basin there are two holes. One is for drainage of bath water and the other is for inflating. The one on the floor of the basin is for drainage and the one at the foot of the basin is for inflation. The material is very sturdy and it does not feel like it will pop or tear soon. It also comes with a patch and glue for repair. Be careful with the vacuum inflator and drainer. The hose needs to be alternated between the two ends of the vaccum depending on whether you will inflate or drain. It also comes lose easily and water spills everywhere so make sure you don't pull on it.

is very hard to find the correct size faucet adapter to fit my sinks.
Everything was fine and bath was what I expected except for connecting to any of my 3 sinks. At this point I have it rigged up so it can be filled but have to stand by sink to make sure the adapter I purchased does not leak. It does not fit all faucet sizes.

Poor Quality/Value
My family purchased this bath for my mother who recently had a stroke. Overall, it is difficult to use and not worth the money. The true reason for my negative ratting is I do not feel it is a good value. The shop vac that comes with the unit is sold at home depot for $25.00. The actual bath is nothing more than an inflatable raft that could be bought anywhere for under $50.00. Don't worry about using the drain in the tub because it is impossible to get it work. Finally, the hose that connects to a faucet which is the actual shower broke after 2 uses. You could probably get this to work with some patience and probably a good supply of duct tape. Unfortunately there are not a lot of alternatives available for bathing people who are immobile. I would not tell someone not to get this because really the only other option is a pan and a washcloth. The purpose of my review is only to inform potential buyers of the quality and problems associated with this product. If you really want to try it out it is still sitting in my fathers basement so I could send it to you for free.I will not return this product because my family is too busy with my mother but I would advise anyone who is considering it to take their money and find an alternative that will undoubtedly be a better value.

inflatable bathtub for disabled people
I bought this for my husband who is bedridden. He finally got to take a bath for the first time in 7 years!! The only problem I saw with this was the shower head wasn't very strong so it didn't fill up fast. Other than that, it was so awesome to get to see him bathe. Thank u EZ access for developing this bathtub.

Draining could be better but is doable
Works well. Husband has ALS and is completely paralyzed. I agree with past comments, in our case it is a 2-3 hour process. Draining could be better but is doable.

Warm Bath
It did work well. However I thought it was expensive for what it was.
