Incredible product. Potent and very effective. I advise taking it 1 hour before cardio. It significantly aids in the mobilisation of fat so ensure that you take this with cardio in mind and not resistant training as the latter works to mobilise glucose and doesn't touch fat reserves. I do 19 hour intermittent fasting before my gym every time. I take one Forskoling before bed (8 hours after my last meal) and two more 1 hour before my cardio (18 hours after my last meal). Taking it before bed gives me the best sleep ever (probably due to raising cAMP in the brain, where it has very important functions). By taking Forskolin in the manner outlined above, I ensure that I will be burning fat. Taking Forskolin around your meals will NOT burn fat: insulin prevents break down of fat and thus will override and abolish the effects of Forskolin. Take this product in a fasted state only for it to be effective.

As it happened, I had a chance to actually measure the concentration of forskolin in these capsules.To be fair, they were the best on the market, several other brands had just traces, all in spite of the big claims on the labels. However, this was just one batch from this company and the other one I got had about 50-100 times less forskolin in it.There is a known problem with the plant source of this chemical, massive variability in the concentration of forkolin, nothing new here. But Vitabay who pride themselves on the "German quality" and control of their products need to actually do what they say and measure the concentration before they package this extract and sell it. Or not claim anything specific about the contents.

so far it's ok,until now , I do not feel who knows what effects, body temperature grows and a deeper breath!

I just received my order. First instance I say label on the packaging is poor quality and looks dodgy. Very bad quality print that it is almost impossible to read it. Expected higher standards from a German product. I will update / amend my review in due course.

Would be helpful if the instructions were clearer, I had to look on bodybuilding forums to see that you have to actually take them on an empty stomach and not eat after (most supplements are taken 30 min before a meal). Now I’m taking them before going to sleep, but still no progress (and I take CLA as well and do some running).
