Got this during black friday/cyber week for £99. RK3399 boards still fairly scarce outside of TV boxes that don't list the full spec.I used the small heatsink included with the free fan, and was glad I did as the larger one didn't look like it would have clearance in the case with the fan installed. Had raspberrypis before so knew a bit what I was doing. It is critical to a) choose a durable micro-SD card (I use a Transcend endurance card) and b) supply a sufficient current. I have found with the included power supply I still get voltage drop notifications in Android which happens over long cables. I don't know what the current draw is with fan installed and USB peripherals but I am buying a 5.25v 3a supply and also a dual USB A 'Y cable' to use with an external 4.8a (2x2.4) rated power pack for UPS.I don't recommend this if you aren't a veteran Linux person with some experience of adb, Android recovery and electronics concepts - or are a student with energy and patience to learn from the internet.
