A little smaller than i expected but it’s nice & I’m fine with it

We don’t have a tiny house, exactly, but it’s tiny enough. We needed an ash bin that wasn’t enormous and this one was just right! It’s adorable and sits in a corner just waiting for use. The downside is, it holds one or two cleanings before we must empty it, but that’s fine and it forces me to get out there in that snow and fresh air!

This bucket and lid are the perfect size for our new wood-burning fireplace insert! Since the stove is so efficient, it burns the wood so much more completely than our old open fireplace. This results in MUCH LESS ash and cinder left behind after even an all-day and all-night burn. We remove about 1&1/2 gallons of ash at each of the few cleanings we've performed, I would say about 10 days apart. Luckily, because it is much smaller than the majority of the ash buckets we found, it serves its purpose very well for us! Plus, we can keep it on our hearth where a larger bucket would take up too much space.My one concern is with the included brush, in that it sheds its bristles far too easily suggesting it is poorly made and will not last. The included shovel works well and looks nice with the wooden handle.We recommend this set!

I really liked this ash bucket set. I was looking for something that was smaller and easier for me to carry. The shovel and broom were also the perfect size. Again, some of the others I had seen are so large and hard to handle. I was able to quickly clean out the fireplace without having to fight a large scoop or broom. I had seen larger ones, and this one was appealing for its size. I also liked that it had a lid some ash buckets don't come with a lid. I needed the lid to keep my nosy fur babies out of it. They already like to try to eat the wood I didn't need them rolling in the ashes, too. The bucket is also very stable I'm a bit clumsy and if it didn't have a good design that was less little to fall over, I probably would have been in trouble. That how the last bucket got shipped out. I would highly recommend this purpose if you're looking for a small and stable bucket with a nice lid.

This was perfect for what I needed it for. We installed a wood-burning stove, and the bucket is just the right size to throw some ashes in. The shovel and brush were perfect/ It was used throughout winter and is still holding strong. The bucket is sturdy enough to fill to the top. I am so glad I ordered this. It has made my life so much easier.

Arrived shrink wrapped but upon opening black dirt everywhere. Stains on bucket. Lots of imperfections. Shovel needs built, which wouldn’t be a deal except the screw they provide doesn’t fit the hole they’ve drilled. Not an issue if you have a drill or smaller screw, which I didn’t have handy. Very annoying. I recommend paying a little more for ease and quality. I will return and get something nicer.

This is perfect for our apartment fireplace ashes. If you do not have a lot of space, and do need an ash bucket this is a good option. It only holds 4.7 litres though. It is sturdy and has a nice finish.
