Very soft and light! We received this muslin 4-pack as a gift and use it every day to swaddle our newborn. I highly recommend these.One of the best gifts I received at my baby shower.

These are the best. So so soft

I cannot go anywhere without them. They are my essential for my baby. The size is very generous so that makes it very easy for me to swaddle my baby. My baby would not sleep for long hours if she isn't swaddled because her hands would wake her up. So I rely on this blanket to swaddle her. I have other blankets that was given to me but it was either too thick or too small to swaddle her (She was 7lbs 13ounces at birth). It even comes with instructions on the blanket on how to swaddle which is perfect for my husband. I also use it to cover the car seat when it is really bright outside to block the sun. They are very soft. I liked it so much that I bought two sets.

Great muslin swaddles. Big size as 46" x 46". Comparable to Aiden + Anais in quality and softness. And you can't beat the price here offered on Amazon. While the MSRP is same as A+A, you can get them for almost 30% off, whereas A+A is hardly ever discounted anywhere. I deducted 1 star for the following reasons:1. Too many labels. SwaddleDesigns sews 3 labels to each blanket. When I cut them off, there is still some of the label stuck in the rolled edges. Also you risk cutting/damaging the blankets when trying to cut the labels out. I find this really annoying. I'm not saying blankets from other brands don't have labels. But no other brand that I have purchased has quite as many labels or such large labels as SwaddleDesigns. One label is huge. It's their special "how to swaddle" picture instructions that they sew on to every swaddle blanket. It's at leas 4 or 5 inches long and really gets in the way. Then there's another label with an ugly mobile barcode (the black and white pixelated square used for marketing and such). I cut that off. I hate additional advertising on my purchased products. Then there is the regular label with the brand name logo of SwaddleDesigns and a smaller label with materials information and care instructions.2. The prints are too light. The ink and colors are not dark or saturated enough to contrast with the white musling. While the prints and colors on the Woodland designs are super adorable, they appear washed out and you can hardly see the prints clearly when the blankets are in use. A little disappointing that they don't stand out more because they are so super cute.One last thing I want to mention is the texture of the SwaddleDesigns muslin slightly but noticeably different from the A+A. While both are 100% cotton, the weave is different and the blankets have quite different textures after washing. The A+A has a more open weave resulting in crinkly, tissue like texture that is billowy, light, and soft. The SwaddleDesigns muslin has a tighter weave resulting in a more smooth and cool texture. Both are very soft and high quality but the texture is slightly but noticeably different. I can't say which is better or worse. It really is just a matter of preference.

Muslin swaddles are all the crass because of their versatility. They are so thin and so large on size that's you get a sizable cover for anything you need that can easily fold down into a diaper bag.It's purpose and real claim to fame is muslin is the only swaddle better than the hospital blankets used in the nursery. Why is this important? Because you can get the swaddle snug tight around baby. This remind them of the womb and soothes. These top the hospital's version because they are softer, and bigger so you have a cover up for breastfeeding, or stroller naps too. Oh and, obviously, they are prettier. 😊As for the price, believe it or not, this is reasonable and a decent deal. Muslin swaddles are becoming a fad and can get very expensive. These are great for first time parents because each have a tag telling them how to swaddle and a website full of helpful tips. I think these are the perfect balance between the extreme high end and discount muslin swaddles. Plus, they offer unisex prints for gender surprise parties.

Love these swaddle blankets received one in my baby welcome box and had to order some more they are so soft, made very well, and breathable perfect for swaddling.
