Defective motor
Received a defective motor. The chimney started malfunctioning after just 1 day. When the technician who installed the chimney checked it, he informed that the chimney motor is defective. When I reported the same to Amazon support, they're saying replacement is not possible. Asking me to return and buy the same product again. I need pay the installation charges again. I need proper support with this
