The program would not load it was out of date contacted Norton who sent me a email confirming that it was out of date

I bought this as my existing licence had expired, so I knew exactly what I was getting. It arrived quickly & installed with no problems.

I purchased this product thinking it would be a full years subscription.There was no set up code, no leaflet information or setup information and seems to have been fully used.I sent an email to the seller and received no response.TOTALLY UNHAPPY
