I used this to protect my previous iPhoneXS. It does protect my phone rather well from other items such as keys.The foam will eventually wear so the padding effectiveness will reduce - expect 2 to 3 years of use. My newer iPhone 11 with its substantial case only just fits.

Bought for my drive smart 55. Fits perfectly. Even has space to leave the bracket on the back of the satnav. Nice cushioned pouch would recommend

This is much more padded than it looks in the photo, so will give the sat nav good protection (unless its dropped from a height!). My sat nav, 5", fits in very snuggly and has no chance of falling out. Whether the fabric will stretch and make it less secure, only time will tell. I would be very happy to keep my sat nav in my handbag with this cover, but it also (just) fits into a hard cover that I also bought, along with the car charger and laptop cable.

Fits really well over the Garmin sat nav. This is only a soft case so If you want a hard shell case, this is not for you. Works well for me

If you really need a case for your 5" Sat Nav then this does the job. What you get is a double lined neoprene slip-on, which does what is needed to protect the device. It is I think overpriced for what it is, presumably because it is "Garmin" branded and I wish I had had the time to find a cheaper, more robust solution, like one of the "Amazon Basics" cases.
