I use a lot of ginger for its health benefits as well as flavour in cooking, baking, tea/coffee and allsorts, so was getting through quite a lot and spending a small fortune on the tiny little 40g pots from the supermarket. I tried one 250g bag as a bulk purchase from a local health shop but it didn't taste as warm/spicy as the more expensive little pots I'd been using. I thought I'd try this based on the mostly positive reviews and it's perfect - a nice rich and full warm flavour perfect for everything I use it for. The price for a 1kg bag is unbeatable and an absolute bargain, especially if you add it as a Subscribe & Save bulk order, Perfect, thanks!

We normally went to the local South Asian shop for bulk ginger. This is tastier (stronger) and less expensive by half. bargain!

Piaciuto tutto! Sapore (piccante al punto giusto), profumo, colore, macinazione. Uso regolarmente per uso alimentare ed anche semplicemente sciolto in acqua dopo i pasti per le sue qualità benefiche.
