The media could not be loaded. I saw reviews stating they got dirty damaged items. None of that for me with this Amazon renewed item. It was still all covered with protective plastic and the items were basically New in Open Box that was resealed. No probs whatsoever setting it up and definitely worth the upgrade over the 2C Pro and even more so the 2C as I now can perfectly magnify and read license plates entering our lot. At refurbished pricing this kit is as good as it gets. Been on eufy in 2 homes for 3 years since abandoning Arlo and 0 regrets.

The clarity of the video is incredible. The motion detection and ability to have facial recognition of household members and occasional guests versus strangers is wonderful. The setup was easy. the system and cameras just work!

I purchased the eufy Security S300 eufyCam 3C 2-Cam Kit, Security Camera Outdoor Wireless, and 4K Camera to replace a Vision Well (basically junk) device that needed a subscription to be half useful. I am very pleased with the eufyCam 3C 2-Cam Kit. I've only set up one camera. The app is intuitive, and the fact that no subscription is needed is a huge bonus. Thus far, I do not need additional hard drive space.

The camera was purchased in Feb 2024 and installed in March. By June the camera stopped working and will not charge. I have responded to Eufy multiple times via their customer service for 30 days and still do not have a replacement camera.

The media could not be loaded. I am a big fan of eufy. However, in order to get decent deals on some of their products, you have to purchase in bundles, and there’s often a HomeBase included. I wish I could get the deal on the items I want without another HomeBase. I have 3 brand new HomeBase2 units, and had to buy a Homebase3 in order to be compatible with most of their products. Just offer the HomeBase3; as it is a few dollars more than the 2. Come on. What a waste. Its function is great for AI, but stops recognizing people of you don’t delete some faces of people you don’t know. Picture quality is great; even on my oldest camera from 2018. Battery is only good for wireless if you have solar panels. Night vision is fantastic! Overall, I feel more secure with eufy security; however, I am not using its full potential because I can never get the help I actually need from their team. I feel like I’m a bother to them more than anything, and I have a lot of their products from every category. The video is of the EUFY outdoor permanent lights; That are also AI. Love. I would love even more, if I actually had help from the questions I still have after reaching out multiple times.
