I thought that I was buying the pillow not a pillowcase. Way to expensive for a pillowcase.

I bought it thinking it was the pillow but when it arrived it was just the pillow cover , I think the seller had to express himself better I returned the product because I needed a pillow and not a cover

This memory foam pillow has two types of neck support, soft & firm, I tried the firm side first, I was finding it very uncomfortable, then I realised it has the soft side which is much better, still a bit firm tho, still trailing it.Hopefully my years of neck pain will be reduced. I suppose it’s a lot better than my old soft pillow, which made my neck pain worse.I have tried a few different neck support pillows, this one perhaps will be the right one!

its only cover costing on pocket 25 €........surely a good joke with the customers. I wanted to return this scrap to the Amazon, but got message that I can keep this and my money will be refunded. The Amazon has refunded me 25 € but after few days, I am getting email and letters by post that if i would not pay them 28 € than a legal action will be initiated against me. Such a great customer service, first sending me the rubbish product and than threating me to pay them back the refunded amount. Please avoid to buy such products, its only scam............I never have problem with Amazon products or its payment. But this is first time, both problem with product and payment.........so It means I will be draining my 28 € into toilet....of literally no use...........sorry for the bad words...but what else I can write when I have to pay for a product which is of no use..................
