At first I was unsure of the gears as to "Were they too small?" However, I do art and I was inspired to do a piece using these gears. I was amazed by the effect I got and the reaction of my fellow artists who saw the piece and in fact added more gears.The gears may seem small, but it really depends on what you are using them for. For creating art or even jewellery, they are perfect. For making a working full size clock, then no.The gears look far better than the photo shows.When I have finished my art, I will make an update on here.and finally, Yes, I would recommend these gears for your creative works.Good luck in your venture

I have bought these from other sellers and only a few tiny cogs in packets. However this selection came with lots of tiny ones which was exactly what I needed. Not sure if I was just lucky or if this is always the case, I certainly hope so as I will be ordering again. Am in the process of covering a scull and the tiny ones are a must.

Amazing value, you get loads for your coin, they are only die-cast and painted but they really look the part, so far I've sewn them to clothing, hats, leather, belts, glued them to my ray-gun and used them to emboss gear shapes into leather-workThey come in two colors, copper and brass, I bought both to give my works a more varied look, and I have to say I'm real pleased with the product and would buy again A+++++++++

These are not actually made from copper and brass. They are a base metal
