I bought this to use in the classroom to stimulate creativity while learning about rainforest. I works really well and is extremely relaxing as a background when the children are writing. For me, It is relaxing for me when I am marking!

Serene.
You start out your journey drifting along on a river bordered by tall trees. Gentle, slightly oriental music accompanies your trip. Deep green water reflects the mangroves, then your travel moves to an open lake with gorgeous cloud formations overhead. Your next floating adventure moves you closer to the river bank; you duck under overhanging leaves, marveling at the variety of vegetation. Here and there small boats and docks edge the riverbank. There is such a sense of peace and timelessness about your journey.If you know anyone who could use a stress reliever, something to view during meditation, or just want a relaxing escape, this is the DVD for them. I’m putting this one on my list for a friend who is an emergency room nurse. Just the thing when she gets home from and needs to unwind.

ABSOLUTE SERENITY
In my opinion, this is one of Tony Helsloot's best DVDs yet!! The river journey is SO peaceful and beautiful, I'll be playing that when I need serenity in my life. It just takes you away with its calmness. The nature sounds make it perfect. All people need this type of serenity! And the second part has a wide variety of waterfalls, from small to hugely tall. They're all beautifully photographed and I couldn't take my eyes off the screen. The peaceful type of people who love nature and ambient videos should LOVE this one! And the rest of you, I feel bad for you.

Wonderful DVD
I wanted to have this DVD for a long time, it is really relaxing. You glide slowly on a river bank for one hour and you look at the shore with its beautiful green vegetation, highlighted with relaxing music. The various waterfalls that also are on this DVD, I liked very much. There you can just watch and enjoy. Because of the natural sounds of water each scene appears so real that you feel as if you are really there. A wonderful DVD that shows how beautiful nature is. I can definitely recommend this DVD.
