Apple iPhone 14, 128GB, Midnight - (Renewed)

I was really apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone as you don’t get to see the exact phone you’ll be buying beforehand. It’s all a bit of a gamble, but felt confident knowing this was covered under the 30 day Amazon return policy.I needn’t of worried. The iPhone 14 128gb yellow phone I received just absolutely pristine. I couldn’t believe in was a secondhand refurb. There wasn’t even so much as a fine scratch on it. It has 95% battery health and was amazing value at £305 way cheaper than anywhere else I’d be looking on the high street. Transferring from my old iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 was slick quick and easy via iCloud. The phone arrived with a flat battery, but once charged up it was fine. Holds charge well. I’m assuming it’s still got all original Apple parts as no error messages have popped up. I’m really really impressed. Arrived the next day via Prime. Alarmed that no signature was required. Alarming it might have been left on my doorstep had we not been in 🤔. It was delivered in an unmarked box with a brand new changing cable (can’t prove or disprove it’s an Apple cable or not), and a sim pin. The phone was well protected in a well-fitting blow-up sectioned bubble bag. Absolutely love my new phone. Highly recommended

I would have said this was excellent condition for a used phone. The price was excellent for what I got. It came with a brand new battery and was a steal for the condition and quality of the phone. I highly recommend Amazon for used phones. I purchased extra screen protection and a case for less than £10 extra with Amazon too.

I have ordered refurbished phones before with mixed results and my daughter needed a replacement before starting her uni course since her existing phone had faults. This phone was described as excellent and it really delivered, not a mark on it and with 100% battery life too. Looked like it was factory fresh. Worked perfectly and being an iphone the transfer process from an existing iphone was a piece of cake. It was a pleasure to get exactly what was advertised in this way especially being a gift. My daughter can now go to uni with a nice new phone so one less thing to worry about

I ordered an iPhone 14 in "excellent" condition after smashing my iPhone X - it arrived quickly, was well packaged and came with a charging cable which is always nice to have an extra of. I had to clean the ringer toggle as it was a bit dirty but it was clean aside from that. I was a bit disappointed with the number of little scuffs on the metal edge around the screen, although they looked like normal wear & tear or maybe from a case. There are really small and fine imperfections on the metal around the back camera lenses and one fine scratch on the screen. My biggest issue is the battery health which was 86%, I was hoping it would be higher but aside from that I would say the phone is in great condition, the camera, mic and speakers are all working as expected. It's a massive upgrade from my old phone at a fair price so I'm happy overall.

Brought for my husband as he prefers Apple to Android...Can't even tell it's a refurb... The phone arrived practically brand new.It came with an off-brand charger but it didn't matter as we already had an Apple charger.No scratches or blemishes and battery life is fantastic. He's been using it since 17th July and can honestly say it's like using a phone direct from a phone shop. Fabulous phone. Will definitely be buying refurb in the future if he wants another new phone.

Phone was in great condition and arrived extremely quickly.It looked virtually brand new.Battery life seems to be good, time will tell as only owned a few days.

Excellent quality, easy to switch from fingerprint to face security. Transferred apps, contacts etc from previous I phone 7. Very durable phone - would have got 5 stars if charger had been an Apple and the SIM card removal tool had been supplied.
