This is definitely cute and functional! Separate’s the egg whites easily, while also not making a mess doing it.

Adorable and Fun Kitchen Accessory
Gifted to my daughter who doesn’t eat egg yolks. It’s adorable and looks cute sitting on a shelf or the counter when not being used. Great conversation piece! She reports that it’s easy to use as long as your egg yolk doesn’t break when you crack the egg. Definitely won’t separate the egg white from the yolk if that happens. It’s ceramic and dishwasher safe which are two great features. Makes a good stocking stuffer or gift basket addition. The description on Amazon uses the word “vomit” to describe the egg white as it is poured from the ceramic chicken. I think that gives negative thoughts and a better term could be used for description. Overall, love this item and its functionality.

I love baking with my grandkids and they love seeing all of grandmas "cool" kitchen gadgets. With this cute yet handy yolk separator they are able to help separate the yolks and love it too.

It's very cute
It was larger than I had imagined but it was as advertised. I bought it for my boyfriend who loves to cook and loves silly items which was a wonderful combination of both. It feels sturdy with the glass having some weight to it. Still need to be careful since it is glass. It works well which is what matters. It was a great gift overall

Egg separator x
Purchased the egg separator for 2 reasons. First I have been doing some baking and wanted a easier, quick way to separate eggs. Secondly this egg separator was cute. It sits on a shelf with decorative bowls. The egg separator is as seen in the picture. Is has a flaw on the inside that consistently breaks the yoke when pouring off the egg white. Cute but worthless for intended use.

Egg Separator
This item is quite easy to use and clean. The egg white does struggle to separate and I find I have to try to get some egg white out the top as well as the mouth/side opening. It is the best separator I’ve used so far but it requires some patience.
