Kenda K-Rad Standard BMX/Mountain/Commuting Bike Tire

I purchased this tire to replace a damaged one on my RadWagon. Unfortunately, it wasn't made clear that this tire has white lettering all over it, including Kenda's website. There is only one image for the description as of today, and it shows the tire from the front.Otherwise, it's the exact replacement.

Recently upgraded my MTB, and chose the Kenda K-Rad as my go to tire.. A buddy of mine swore this tire would change the way I ride around town, and he was right.. I thought a wide tire would slow me down and have me exert more energy, even the bike shops told me that.. Come to find out this tire rolls very smooth and I find myself riding faster more fluidly.. The higher tire pressure definitely aids the ride around, and makes it a more enjoyable ride into work.. I recommend this tire, it's a must buy if you like to ride your bike to and from place to place in the city.. Have yet to try it on tightly packed dirt, but from what the reviews said about road riding, I can only assume they're right about riding off road..

Pucntured too easily by tiny thorn on very first ride. Happy with ride quality

I ride both dirt and asphalt, and this tire is good for both. A smooth rolling tire on the asphalt, and I think the best tire I have had for the dirt. Very sure footed in the dirt. Overall, the best tires I have had.

I bought these for my old gt mountain bike that I made into a stripped down 7 speed city street bomber. And they are perfect for the bike. They work great on the hard pack single tracks. They are not good at all on loose dirt,sand,pine needles,mud ect. There is no side bite on these tires. Also you should mount them on some wider rims,because your tire will fold on u in a corner .

These are awesome tires. They transformed a mountain bike I converted for the street into a faster, smoother better handling bike. Can pump up from 30-to-80psi Im running 60 psi.I have two highend Mountain bikes I use on MB singletracks also and I suspect these tires will also perform well on the light trails as well. Will need to run 30psi.If u want the best all around tires for both or just street these are them. I think they look cool also.

I bought these tires to match up with one other on a bike and another set for a different bike. The tires look nice and the tread wraps around for traction while turning. I bought these at the same time that I bought a set of Kevlar tires of the same rim size, so by comparison, these tires are noticeably more thin (lighter). These assembled the bike just fine, except I ended up with a flat on one tube, which was likely my fault being inexperienced with changing bicycle tires.

great tires...love them on my haro. i mainly ride on paved roads and sidewalks. they are awesome on the street...some tire whine at higher speeds...but it dont bother me. It might bother you tho. used them a lil bit offroad in dirt and grass and they work great also. I recommend these tires for sure!
