On the upside I dropped it with the phone, which was entirely undamaged. The touchscreen and home buttons work well, and mounting to the bike is easy and secure. It is easy to open and close, and the quick release works.On the downside, in heavy rain water creeps in by the volume buttons. Also trying to press the volume buttons (e.g. To take a photograph) just results in that section of the foam surround getting pushed in.

I was very pleased with this product until I used is on my bike. The on/off switch at the top didn't work. This was a problem because on a long ride I need to conserve the battery.I wrote to to makers and they suggested this:It may be difficult to press, but it does not mean that it is useless.We can suggest:1. remove and replace the Silicone Liner.2. press the power button a bit to the left, harder and longer.Clearly this didn't help. I have made it work, sort of, by cutting a tiny slither of the silicone off because I didn't want to waste my money completely.

The biologic for iPhone 4 is fine. But there is a flaw in the design of the iPhone 5 model which means it shuts off your phone if there is the slightest vibration. A one hour ride on smooth roads led to shutting down about 40 times!Contacted the company but they weren't willing to acknowledge or fix the problem so am returning it. Will try a different brand. Shame as I was a big fan of their previous model.My advice? Don't waste your money. A good company that got complacent.
