Great chair for the cost. Very few minor issues.
After trying to do a comparison on the 15-20 chairs available on Amazon in this price point, I landed on this chair. I was compelled by the features and positive reviews. After having the chair for nearly a week, I feel ready to agree with what others have been saying.1) The customer service team is friendly and fast. They will reach out to you when you place the order to arrange freight shipping.2)The company we contracted with was prompt and my delivery guy was friendly. He placed the pallet inside the garage, then was kind enough to remove the pallet tray. The chair arrived in excellent packaging.3) Moving this chair upward is difficult; there are no easy handles to grab. If you're going upstairs you need at least 1 really strong person to bear the weight of the lower side. Once you're on level ground, there are rollers.4) The product dimensions for the minimum doorway width are accurate - but with a caveat. The chair is just over 30 inches wide, but if you "Squeeze" it through a 29 doorway, you can do it. However, leave the wrapping on until you get it through your doorways, or the chair will end up with paint scrapes! We had to remove our bedroom door from the hinges to get it through at 29 inches.5) Setup is easy - the chair is pre-assembled. However, the directions are also valuable, because it's possible for a air hose or electrical connection to loosen while in transit. When we went to set up the chair and turned it on, all we heard was a repeated beeping noise and the chair would not work. It's because the power cable to the remote control had loosened just slightly. Once we tightened it, we were in business!6) Feature-wise, the r8069 2023 version is probably nearly identical to the original R8069. It's hard to say. They claim there are certain upgrades. I found that the bluetooth speaker quality was surprisingly good; there's a nice stereo field and the spatialization of the audio you play is excellent via Bluetooth.7) The different massage presets all feel unique. I'm partial to a few such as stretch (but it is not a Thai stretch), Sport Care and Spine Care. My wife prefers different routines than me, and is more sensitive to the force of the roller movement, but I find that just a touch more pressure/force is desired - however, what the chair delivers is fine. It just doesn't beat you up like the older generation of chairs (which is probably for the best). Even this chair can't escape occasionally massaging your tailbone and causing slight pain, so I added a small, narrow pillow to protect that part of my hip area.8) The foot roller is great. The leg rest extension is powered and can tilt up/down, but the length is spring-loaded, as is common on other chairs. It can be a bit weird to fit your legs at the proper length, but isn't a big deal.9) The Air Bags are good but don't have perfect coverage and the pressure (to be honest) isn't as intense as I was expecting, having used other devices which can feel like you're in a blood pressure cuff. These bags are tuned for average folks who don't want extreme pressure. One thing you're probably wondering is how does it compare to more expensive chairs? What are the differences between this $1800 chair and a $5k chair such as Infinity? Having sat in both now, I can say that the SL track and rollers are almost identical. I think probably every chair on the market is borrowing the same tech or manufacturer in china when it comes to the SL track and core machinery. Where it's different: The # of and position of airbags. For instance, in an Infinity chair, there are additional small airbags that squeeze your ankles and achilles heel (which is wonderful). In this chair, there is one large airbag for your calves that when completely full, will reach down to your ankle (but it's just not quite as good). The shoulder bags don't compress you very much either, but it's maybe because I'm more narrow? The arm bags also have sort of a gap on the inside, so if you want them to directly compress your arms, you have to lay your arms in them just right; move your arms a bit forward instead of resting your elbows against the chair's back. When the Infinity guys promise you that a chair like the r8069 is "like something you'd see at a mall", they're not telling the truth - this is 90-95% as good as their $5k models.10) Oddly enough I have been sleeping better and requiring less sleep since the chair arrived. Coincidence? Maybe. But it is relaxing and if you use it 1 hour before bedtime, it can help set your mind at ease. There are a few cons related to the fringe features of the chair:- The mobile app is pretty basic. It's just a mirror of the remote control and doesn't necessarily open up any new features at this time. It also requires your location (part of activating bluetooth) if you're concerned about providing privacy information to 3rd parties.- the Bluetooth pairing chime is EXTREMELY Loud - so I recommend that when you pair your device, you're standing 10 feet away, and not with your head nested in the chair in between the two speakers that are ready to blast you. Same for when you disconnect.- If you try to use Zoom or some VOIP applications that pair with your chair speakers, but use your device mic, your party on the other end will get mic and noise feedback, and you'll have to disconnect the pairing.- they claim that there is calf heat, but I cannot feel it. I definitely feel the back heat on the left/right sides, and it is nice.I think if you go with any of the better chairs in this price range, you'll be happy. Certainly this one is very good!

Great massage chair!
This thing is nice, and seems very well put together. The packing and shipping was mostly great. We'll protected and easy to set up. Just remove the straps, lift the box top, and you can wheel it around pretty easily. Make sure your doors will accommodate the width. A little shrink wrap to remove and a few zippers to connect and you are done! Sit down and start relaxing with several auto programs. Or, focus on a troublesome area. Love that it hits the glutes up to the base of the neck. Two very minor issues.Shipper never contacted me to set up delivery, but dropped it on my lawn and called as he was driving away. At least it was well before the estimated delivery date! Not the sellers fault.Second, manual programming is a little tedious. You must start at the top and hit every setting individually using the back button each step. A little annoying but worth it for the trouble spot attention. All in all, great massage and value. Love the programs, heat, range, and the extra pressure on the arms, calves, and foot massage.

Very Comfortable and Great features
We wanted a massage chair to help with everyday body aches and old muscle injuries that flare up from time to time. Didn't want to break the bank or settle either so we searched for a long time and we chose the EasPearl. It had the features I wanted and a slim profile so it doesn't require a lot of space. I received updates on my purchase from the day I place the order until it was delivered to my garage exactly 10 days later. I knew where it was everystep of the way and when to expect delivery. Tracking information was provided by the Seller, Amazon and also the Carrier. My massage chair was delivered on a pallet in a box and packaged very well and it was completely assembled. We unboxed and moved it into the house, plugged it in and turned on the power button. That's it! The manual is easy to understand and guides you thru the remote control functions, to help you select the type and intensity of massage. The remote is also tethered to the chair so you cant lose it. Customer service before and after delivery was beyond excellent, the Seller made sure I had the Carriers contact number and the tracking number, told me when to expect delivery, they emailed me operation tips, answered my questions promptly and address any concerns I had with making this major purchase sight unseen. My buying experince with this seller was very professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. For the level of care they gave me I highly recommend them and this massage chair. Its fits me and my husband very comfortably, he is 230 lbs and has wide shoulders. The chair automatically scans the user. He can manually adjust the roller width and loves the neck and shoulder massage. The intensity level is adjustable so you can customize your massage to very intense or very light. The heat therapy and the massage pillows turn on/off, the foot rest automatically extends and the foot rollers are great. The zero gravity only needs a few inches off the wall for full extension and there's a stretch massage. This chair packs a lot in a small package and is put together very nicely. You can select a 10, 20 or 30 min massage time, it will automatically shuts down when completed. We haven't tried the blue tooth or the App yet, still experimenting with the different massage techniques and looking forward to years of use. BTW this chair come with a 3 yr warranty which is the longest I've seen offered in this price range.

HEAVEN!!!!
we reached a crazy point in life where we have no time to go get a massage. A friend of ours had the earlier version of this chair. We each took a turn sitting in it while we were visiting them and had been wanting to get one for the longest time. We finally pulled the trigger and purchased the newer version.. Absolutely zero regrets. It is incredibly comfortable. Has a wide variety of massage options. I love the Bluetooth and being able to listen to music if I want to. The company has been absolutely fantastic. Extremely responsive to any texting via Amazon. I was blown away that it came in a box completely put together other than just a couple of things we had to velcro and put the screen on the chair arm. Super easy. Highly recommend it!!
