it is your standard 20 inch plus 2" black metal chain. Chain diameter does not apply to this. You mean length I assume.

Contact Amazon customer support. I received the Pendent initially but no chain came with it, but the company did finally send me the chain too. But you need to contact seller first to let them know to resolve the issue.

I am always so nervous about the jewelry I buy as I am allergic to nickel but so far this necklace has not caused me to break out or turn green. The chain feels quite sturdy and it is a great length. Though with how I read that it is a "man's necklace" I kinda thought it would be bigger but it's not and for me it is actually the right size so I am very happy with it.
