Great quality
The product is perfect. It lowered the temperatures of both the CPU and the GPU. It completely removed the thermal throttling (well, I did some cleaning with brushes, too). It was relatively easy to place it. I'm quite happy with the purchase!

Going on 1 year now on a 9800x3d, temperatures are excellent. Application was easy plus the plastic guide.

Easy to apply, good thermal paste solution
A relative's pre-built PC with a 7800X3D was exhibiting really high CPU temps, easily spiking to 89-90°C on the package within seconds during Cinebench, so I bought this to see if the thermal paste was the issue on the Corsair AIO. The thermal paste and guard were very easy to install. The included wipes made cleaning the CPU easy. The paste itself was simple to apply, not runny like some pastes, and didn't require much force to dispense from the tube. The thermal paste application guide included in the box was great too, as I'm not familiar with the AM5 heat spreader (wasn't sure if just a simple pea sized dot would do, for example). The paste ended up bringing the package temp down to a comfortable 81-82°C under load, so I'm very happy with it.

terrible nozzle
Good paste, thick but spreads well. Absolutely terrible nozzle though, not the best if you want to be overly precise when applying it.

Noctua Quality and Ingenuity
Noctua's reputation for fantastic fans and coolers is well known but they don't get enough credit for some of their other products and accessories. The Thermal paste comes in a good quantity and is easy to use, but the real stars are the wipes and frame. The wipes are quicker, easier and cleaner than using Iso alcohol work fantastically. The plastic AM5 frame is also a brilliant piece of ingenuity. You can get similar AM5 contact plates that help avoid messy paste, but this doesn't need any additional application, it just slots over the CPU and you put your cooler on top of it. Despite being plastic it is designed to stay on after application!

Good paste
Worked as it should, Im not an engineer or chemist so I cannot say to a precise level of degree just how well this product works 100% compared to other pastes because theres so many thermal pastes out there but all with different chemical compositions etc. I just know that this type and brand is very well known for high performance and better than its predecessor H1. One thing I will say, I wish it could be spread a little easier? it was quite thick but maybe that is done for a good reason which I probably am unaware of at this time.
