So easy and tasty!
The recipes are easy and super tasty! I have never been a good cook or have any natural abilities in the kitchen. However, this is truly the best cookbook I’ve ever had. I’m not vegan but like the idea of adding more veggies into my diet and didn’t know how to do that on my own. I have always failed at following cookbook recipes and end up giving up, but I have made many recipes from this book and they’re so easy to make!One of the best things is there are similar ingredients used in most of the recipes so I don’t feel like I’m wasting food or buying a lot of excess food to make a random recipe. I almost never eat out anymore because I’ve enjoyed trying out these recipes and adding one or two into my week. The recipes are easy and super tasty! Totally worth buying!

Got me into cooking
I’ve always wanted to be vegan but it felt overwhelming!! I bought this cookbook to try to cook more in general and it’s been fun! It’s very informative but not overwhelming, I like how they actually bold certain sections for quick reading. This book has inspired me to cook more vegan meals and I feel better about myself because I’m not harming animals! Yay! Would recommend

Easy, delicious, nutrient dense recipes!
I've had this book for a week and have already made four recipes. It might be the first cookbook I actually make every single recipe in because I love them so much!I consider myself a pretty good cook, creative, understand nutrients pretty well. I've found her recipes to be super creative, things I would never think of. They are very filling, delicious (for non-vegans I've served them to as well) and nutrient dense. Which is also why they are filling :) They're very easy to make, don't take a ton of time or a ton of ingredients. They also taste really really good. You won't feel like you're just eating a plate of vegetables or some unexciting health food.Don't hesitate to buy this whether you're vegan or not. You'll be doing yourself and your health a favor if you get it and make a few of them. I feel so good and nourished after eating one of the recipes.

The whole book rocks!
Every recipe is doable for everyone. I look forward to making every recipe! There's an awesome meal plan also. I would encourage any busy vegan to get this book! Cheers to the YUM!!

Superb
As the title already hints, it’s a simple vegan cookbook. No recipe is complicated nor do you need any exotic ingredients. Meals are simple, tasty and come together in no time. Great cookbook for all.

Staple Cookbook!
I love this cookbook so far! The recipes are easy to prepare but not overly basic and definitely tasty. Please do yourself a favour and try the Chocolate Oat Bars they are delicious.

Excellent
I have a thing for vegan cookbooks and this one did not disappoint. It offers easy to make, well balanced recipes that are very tasty. It would make a great guide for anyone just starting out as it outlines what balanced plant based nutrition should look like and follows with recipes of kind. Great book!!

Wow - I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The recipes are so delicious, healthy, satisfying and easy to put together. If you’re looking for new recipes to try out I couldn’t recommend this more. Can't wait for the next book by Lauren.
