Looks like a real Minecraft sword.
My daughter loves Minecraft and when she saw this sword, she was very happy with how detailed and accurate it is. It is mostly for decoration purposes because it does not have any lights or sounds, but that does not stop my child from loving it.She put it on her shelf as a decoration, but in the future, we will hang it on the wall with a bit of double-sided tape (it does not have any holes to put a screw in).The sword is lightweight and made of quality plastic so it should last for a long time, and if kept from direct sunlight, it will keep its colour for years. It is a lot of fun, and for anyone that loves this iconic game, this sword is a perfect gift or even an addition to a Halloween costume.

Good
Bought as a birthday gift for a little boy in my daughter’s class. Great value for money. Appearance and quality were good.

Perfect for Minecraft fans
My young daughter is thrilled with this replica iron sword from Minecraft - I'll admit, it does look pretty cool!Unlike the foam versions, this is made from a sturdy plastic, so hopefully should last longer - although will no doubt hurt more if you're struck by it!It's a good size (around 43cm) and the paint detail and quality is good throughout, as you would expect from an officially licensed item. The packaging is pretty minimal, thankfully, so you won't need to spend hours cutting it free from a giant box.Compared to the silly prices of other similar items, this one, priced at £14.99 is fantastic value. I really hope Mattel release other sword variants at this more affordable price.

Cute
Cute little Minecraft sword. While it’s plastic and not obsidian or diamond it’s surprisingly sturdy. It’s light but has more weight to it than I imagined so I wouldn’t want to hand it to a very young child that could take out any vase in their vicinity as it’s strong enough to actually break something. Aside from that, it feels like a very fun authentic Minecraft prop which anyone who has been touched by the game will likely enjoy. At £16.99 (currently £14.99) I think it’s a fair price. In truth I wouldn’t really know how to evaluate something like this but I wouldn’t be upset paying this price.

Fan toy
Great toy for a Minecraft fan. The sword is a potential part of the game so it is addictive for the fan and the sword is also the perfect size for kids from I will say 7 years old. The handle has a grip that prevents it from slipping out of their hands. The sword is made of sturdy plastic and can withstand some wear and tear, but it is more likely to damage other objects than to be damaged itself. The sword comes with a fake blade wrapped in paper and has a nice decoration on it.

Flashy but Little Value
Apart from it being Minecraft related there is actually very little value to it. It is now lying about and has very little use for us. I ordered it on a whim and now think I probably shouldn't have. It is rather large and robust - chunky and looks quite nice but this is about it. There is nothing else to it so I cannot quite advise whether it is a great investment. There will be children who will be living Minecraft so this will probably be used daily whereas for us it is just a dust collector.
