Connects easy, works great, I have not bothered with the connecting too the cloud capability of this door bell camera.But it captures everything you could want, you can control the sensitivity in settings for all requirements.I just downloaded the App for it, connecting it is straightforward, just take your time and read the instructions.Once you go from Live View too History of today's earlier events it might take 30 seconds for the camera too show you the history of events, be patient and don't keep pressing icons too make it go faster, if sometimes a message says cannot connect, just exit the App and go straight back in the App and it will connect just fine, let the camera and software do their job.Some reviewers get frustrated trying to rush things, take your time.This product is really good, I have used it for 20 days now, and I have not once recharged the doorbell camera with the provided USB power source.I was 50 miles away from my home the other day and checked via the App the live view too my home, 10 seconds later it came up perfect, I could see all, I then checked the history on the door bell via the app and it caught every event and playback was great.For the price of this item, I don't think you can beat it,.It does record in 4k or lower, 4k works fine and nighttime is like black and white but no problem as the images are really clear.Just take your time, set the correct sensitivity you need in settings.I have no complaints too make, really excellent product, and no I don't get any freebies for writing this review it's genuine

I'm very pleased with my item. Once I placed my item it arrived the following day, clear instructions, easy to set up, sturdy, quality doorbell with casing that removes easily with the enclosed key whenever you need to remove the doorbell to charge it. Love how you can change your voice style to Uncle, a male voice and the adjustable motion sensor settings to suit your placement of camera. The camera picture quality is so clear day and night. The battery seems to be holding its charge well. The only issue I have had is the camera went offline once, the red ring on the doorbell was flashing so I referred to the manual and it said it was a loss of Internet connection but my Internet wasn't down. When I tried to log into my cloudot account I kept getting an Internet is weak error. I tried logging into cloudot the following morning and I got into my account and had to set up the doorbell again. I haven't had any issues since. Just to make it clear, this isn't a fault with the doorbell it was a fault with the cloudot app. I like the fact that you can email the support team whenever you need to and the doorbell comes with a 12 month warranty. I have recommended this doorbell to friends who are also going to make a purchase. Overall delighted with the camera and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: I really like this doorbell, very very easy to use and I opted for the cloud storage as it was cheap enough for the year (€25ish). The alerts are great. I love the options as well to watch live and also a siren option so if I did come across anything like someone trying to damage my property/steal, I can create a lot of noise. Gives me peace of mind being home with my kids. Very simple to install too and looks great.Cons: Ive had it a few months now and the doorbell no longer works with the doorbell. It rings on the unit outside the home and alerts on my phone, but no doorbell chimes in door. I'm not sure if its a synching issue, I already changed batteries etc so its unfortunate. Another issue is sometimes if someone is moving too quick it doesnt come up - for instance sometimes my alert shows my postman leaving , I just see the corner of his body as he leaves but it didnt show him walking up to the door. Maybe he walks too fast! Lastly, there seems to be a lag/static when using the intercom function, people really struggle to hear me talk clearly.All in all, happy with my purchase and very happy with the purchase price!

The media could not be loaded. As a first time buyer of any home camera for security purposes, I’m very happy with this! It was easy to set up (the red sticky backs were a pain for me but I did it in the end) and everything paired fine and no issues with my sandisk micro and card 64gb working. As this is my first time with this kind of thing, I’ve tested it through out the day since it’s been up and I’ve got to say, the voice feedback is good and the voice changer is funny but I can also see why it’s useful if you are elderly for example and don’t want people to know. The motion detection is another thing I’ve been playing around with as I had a few false alerts so I keep it on 1 now, it says wind cars and cats can’t be picked up by it but I am certain that’s what set off the false alert on my phone twice in the day when it was on sensitivity 2. I have found the doorbell volume excellent and the alerts haven’t been delayed for me but I’m having an issue with my phone making no noise with the alert which is a pain (I’ve looked into my phone settings and it should make a noise but isn’t so I don’t know if that’s an issue with my phone sound settings or the app). As you can see from the photos, the picture quality is fine and there’s been no issues…you can make out faces and it’s good enough for security purposes. I get a bit of glare back when cars go past in a distance on the left side but I’m not fussed with this and doesn’t effect the view straight at the front of the house. So far it’s been great, can’t fault the system/app and camera. I am a bit anxious about someone attempting to knick it as the adhesive strips probably wouldn’t stop someone if they did want it so I hope that doesn’t happen! The night vision is good as well (see photo).

Ideal for us, easy to install and at a good price.Camera unit is rechargeable and the chime unit takes batteries.Happy with purchase.

Very happy with this doorbell! Easy to set up and install. Sadly the chime part did stop working, but the company was brilliant and promptly sent a replacement! Thanks!Edit: about a week or two later, the camera unit would not charge, but once again, the company was helpful and sent a replacement.
