Great little shoe or boot inserts with smooth surface.
These Heel Lift Inserts are designed to help with leg length discrepancies and provide heel pain relief.Biggest plus for these is adjustable height and shock cushioning.Pros:Adjustable Height: Features 4 removable layers, each adding 1/4" of height, allowing for a customizable fit.Comfort: Gel inserts provide cushioning and support, making them comfortable for extended wear.Versatility: Suitable for various activities like walking, running, and dancing.Effective for Heel Pain: Helps with conditions like heel spurs, Achilles tendonitis, and other clinical conditions.Cons:Fit Issues: Some users find that the inserts can shift or move around inside the shoe. Stick them down firmly.Durability: The gel inserts may wear out over time and lose their cushioning effect, but all do!Overall, these heel lift inserts are a good option for those needing to correct leg length discrepancies or seeking relief from heel pain. They offer adjustable height and comfort, but fit and durability might be areas for improvement.

Versatile!
Purchased these for my dad following a knee replacement as he was having back pain and we suspected this would help. There are many in a pack, which could be used to stack, or in his case, provide a lift in several pairs of shoes. They stick well and are comfortable in the shoe. You can get the lift you need for basically any teen or adult shoe size (he is a men’s 10). I imagine they could be easily trimmed if needed as the material is a silicon feel. Helped with his immediate pain, though may not for all depending on the reason. Good quality and value with so many in a pack. Would recommend this for the cost and flexibility to work for so many sizes and elevation needs.

Finally found a narrow heel base!
Finally-a heel pad that’s narrow enough to fit a sz. 5 woman’s loafer! Love that it’s adjustable for different heights based on shoe style.I tried a few different heel pads and most were too wide at the heel base even in one sold as kids size. I use these in dress loafers and casual sneakers.

Good inserts
My right leg is shorter than my left leg, so I wear one of these in my right shoe and it works very well. I've tried several different types of inserts and these seem to work the best.

Stick Well
I'm having to wear a healing shoe which is 4 cm high. Now I need lifts for my other shoes to even it out. All the lift is at the back of these and doesn't extend far enough to rest the heel on (see photo). So when all four are stacked, it pushes the foot forward, and is very uncomfortable. These are great if you only need one or two. They thin out towards the front so they don't squish you feet in your shoes and are very comfortable. They stick well and seem to be good quality for the price. It's better if you can get one solid piece, or a 2-piece or 3-piece if you need half an inch or higher. The ones I got have a ½"+¼"+¼" and are perfect. I use the ½" with the ¼" suede piece on top. I'm keeping these to use in my house shoes with some gel heel lifts I already had so none will go to waste. I'm getting several sizes for my shoes. You may be able to wear all pieces. I rearranged them several times and got it very close but I still didn't have enough heel room to keep my foot from sliding. I brought the bottom one forward a bit, then layered them bringing each one back a bit (see photo). My shoe has a heel cup so they fit in it. Probably won't work in regular shoes, though.

Not For Me
My right leg is about half an inch shorter than the left; a condition which, as I understand it, is not that uncommon. Somehow I managed to get through several decades of life--including 3 years in the Army--which featured (at least early on) a lot of marching--which I somehow endured. But walking has always felt a little "off" because of the leg length discrepancy.--and has been especially noticable since I added 2 1/2 miles to my morning exercise routine. I liked the idea of being able to gradually add fractions of an inch overtime until both legs felt balanced. But didn't work for me. Because these inserts only raise the heel, it felt just as out-of-balance as having two legs of different lengths. Maybe I'll have to spring for doctor-prescribed orthotics, afterall.

Didn't work as expected
They didn't stick to the inside of the shoes as I had hoped they would and would slide down into the shoe while my son was wearing his shoes. The sticky side attracted all kinds of fuzzies, rocks or anything else that ended up in my sons shoe and I wasn't too impressed.
