Fast, well-featured and easy to set up
I've only had this a short while but my initial experience has been that this is a good, fast router which has a lot of good features such as traffic prioritisation, guest wifi and band direction (where it automatically selects which bands to use for each device). I can't speak much as to reliability just yet but I've had Linksys routers before and they've always been great. This router has increased my connection speed over fibre - I was previously getting around 42mbps downstream connection speed and now I'm getting around 56mbps.I replaced an older, failing Linksys router (12 years old, so lasted well!) with this one and there's a noticeable speed increase for both wired and wireless connections. I found the setup to be easy - I just followed the quick start guide which was included. I did install this in a simple home set up with just a single router and no extenders, bridges etc. so it may be harder for more complicated situations, but as it was I was up and running within 10 minutes.I haven't tried using half of the features yet but I've had a poke around and the interface and settings look really straightforward, but also powerful enough to get it to do what you want - some routers have really limited options but I feel like this one has the right level of configurability.Updated: I've had it for a while now. Although the router has 4 aerials, it does not seem to give me wifi access in the opposite corner of my (fairly average 2-bed) house, which my old Linksys router could previously. This may be because it's just generally not strong enough or it could be that my neighbour has upgraded their router recently and it's causing interference - I have just noticed a new "Orbi 25" network which I don't think I could see before so this might be it. Regardless, bear in mind that depending on your home layout and on your local wireless environment, you may require some kind of extra repeater or powerline extender etc. to get full coverage in your home. Apart from this the router is fast and reliable and has given no problems.Further Update:Some devices don't seem to like "band steering". This is where the router actually has 3 bands working - 2 at 5Ghz and one at 2.4Ghz, and it automatically switches devices from one to another depending on the signal strength of each band - a good feature which ensures fast speeds generally, but may cause problems in some cases. We were having some strange problems with a Sony tablet and so switched from band steering to having individual bands which need to be manually selected, and this fixed the issue. I do think it's more a problem with the device than the router because other devices in my home handled the band steering just fine - though some say that iPhones are notoriously bad for this, I haven't found this to be the case with my own or my wife's iPhones.

Great piece of kit
I got this router to cover my conservatory and garden, as my Virgin router does not reach very well from where it is located. I have connected it to the main router by an Ethernet cable. I found it extremely easy to set up and it was working within 5 minutes. The router control is via an app which is much easier to use than the usual method of calling up the IP address.i have found the performance excellent, much better than the one it replaced and I. Get full coverage in my garden. It has both 2.4 and 5 ghz outputs, and can be configured with additional guest accounts so you don't have to give your password to all your children's friends when they come round! Very useful.I now have it configured as an extension router to my Virgin one using the same network name, so you can walk around the house and my devices will be seamlessly connected to the strongest signal. I just did a quick test and got over 100Mbs over wireless, so it is fast too. A great piece of kit.I would give it 5 stars if it was a bit nicer to look at. It's very chunky and it makes a bit of a statement. I'd rather it was more unobtrusive.

Amazon shipping someone's returns. Again.
Looks like a nice enough router, except for the fact it was already set up for someone else's internet. So obviously a return that Amazon palmed off as new. Wiped it and set it up again, worked OK, but lots of missing features that made it difficult to use. So, returning it to Amazon, but I'll wipe it so the next customer they sell it to doesn't have to...

Excellent Router
I bought this unit for 77€ and i have to say that is value for money. Easy install, good coverage (my house is 150m² and have no dead zones) and is really fast and reliable for both 2,4GHz and 5GHZ bands. The only negative is that the web interface has minimal settings, not for an advanced user.

A must have for virgin media hub
Virgin hub didn't give me a great WiFi signal even with boosters. This router improves the signal between my virgin TV boxes upstairs and downstairs with no errors since I've been using it. Easy to set up and a great app. I changed the WiFi name and password to the same as my virgin modem/router so I didn't need to re-add all devices. Great buy!
